Description of Work: Recently purchased new home but was not present when the home inspection was done. the a/c was not working very well at all. Bill arrived and within an hour had the unit working properly. He found some minor flaws that needed correcting and also screwed down the motor to keep is from vibrating. He also found an extra filter that was in the unit that was blocking the air flow. He added some coolant that was leaking from a schrader valve and replaced the valve. He showed me all the parts that he replaced and explained why. I felt very comfortable with his service and now the unit is working perfectly. A very positive experience Highly recommended.

 + -1 moreWe called Bill at 4:30 p.m., and he said he could be out to the house in an hour. He arrived around 5:15 p.m. and had the air conditioner running again around 6:30 p.m. He had the fan for our brand of air conditioner on his truck and fixed it on the spot. He also checked the Puron, R410A, for us and told us it was OK. This guy should be wearing a superman cape. His workmanship and professionalism are top notch.
Description of Work: Brooksaire installed a new fan in our air conditioner compressor. My husband said that the electrical connection was very tricky. He also checked the Puron, R410A, for us and told us it was OK.
