Joe (owner) came out and did the estimate. As this is the third time I have used BriJer Resources, I do a fixed price with them to do all the work necessary in one day. The crew showed up on time with five people (usually I only have four.) They were all polite and hardworking. I was very surprised that they completed all the work I asked for in about 5.5 hours. They did an outstanding job on all of the trees. I'm not sure if BriJer is the cheapest out there (probably not) but value obtained is well worth the amount charged. (comes out to about $100 per tree.)

The crew was polite and did a thorough job removing the tree and stump and great clean up.

Joe Chavez provided an estimate and explained what to expect if the job was accepted. He was friendly, informative and professional. We accepted the quote, which was less than half the price of another estimate received. The crew that arrived asked us what our expectations were, provided suggestions regarding the health of our tree and went to work. Half-way through they asked to view the trimming and if we had questions or wanted anything else done. A second crew arrived and performed the clean-up by shredding, blowing and sweeping. This is a fantastic company to work with and their entire crew is friendly, professional and very accommodating. I will hire them anytime I need additional work completed.

The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to trim the trees. They had all the right equipment and knew how to use it. The crew displayed a high level of professionalism, taking care to do their best job. We have many plants in our yard which they protected with drop cloths. Debris was cleaned up and the yard looked great when they were finished. They are definitely the best tree trimming company we have worked with in our 9 years here in Tucson.

They were several hundred dollars cheaper than everybody else and everybody else was going to bring in a crane. They came in and got it done without a crane. They had 3 or 4 guys that really knew what they were doing. They did a great job. They went above and beyond. I tipped them $30. We would absolutely use them again.

Contractor was friendly and professional throughout initial contact for estimate and a request for a change of scope estimate. He was responsive and communicated well to insure full mutual understanding of my expectations. His estimate was very reasonable.

Courteous personnel, reliable expertise and follow through; trimmed additional tree in another area at no charge (killing a rattlesnake that was a potential threat to homeowner in the bargain!)
