BRANDIE EDWARDS

At 9AM I called to make an appointment to view our home and to learn what she would or would not do for us on a regular once every two weeks agreement. She explained that she was en route to clean a house but would call me as soon as she finished and come to see the house and work required. I anticipated hearing from her within three or four hours. At 7:30PM I received a phone call from her and in response to my comment that I had expected to hear from her and see her that early afternoon, she flippantly explained that she had to go directly to her main job after cleaning that morning, and had just managed to get home. No apology whatsoever. Needless to say I totally lost interest in doing business with her.

Brandie and her husband Chad do a wonderful job. They're thorough, pleasant, professional, and treat my home with the care they would give their own. They now clean for me every week and are punctual and reliable. I have 2 dogs that produce a fair amount of fur and dander. I totally trust Brandie & Chad to come into my home to clean when I'm not at home. In the past, with previous cleaners I've felt uneasy in trusting that my dogs (especially my smart Border Collie) wouldn't take advantage of their presence and escape. Brandie & Chad understand my worries with my dogs and are very conscientious and caring. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is excellent. When they're done, my house looks and smells fresh and clean! They're definitely "keepers"!
