Branching Out Tree Service

Jim Bredice showed up on time, ready to see our aleppo pine. We figured the tree might be all but a lost cause. Not so! Jim saw that the largest problem was unmet water needs and explained how to water properly. When we asked about a rhus lancia intruding on the electric line -- Jim said the cost to us of bringing a crew and equipment for one branch made trimming it ourselves a win-win and advised what tool to get and how to use it. We expect, thanks to Jim's advice, that our allepo will be thriving and ready for his attention early next spring, and we look forward to having him and his crew come out then. We were much impressed with Jim's professionalism,his knowledge of and love for trees. We'll definitely have him back next spring. Thanks, Jim -- you rock!!!

Great. We lost two giant cypress trees in our yard and wanted to plant two new ones in their place. We had used this company to take down the old dead trees a few months ago ($750) and used them again to grind out the stumps an plant the two new trees (which were pretty big at 12 feet tall). They did a nice job planting them an cleaning up. The trees settle a bit over a couple weeks an were a bit crooked so they came back and staked them up straight at my request. Overall, very happy with these guys. Good work at a fair price.

Job well done! We were amazed with the skills and professionalism. Each crew member did their respectful job, but yet worked as a team to complete the project in less than 2 hours. Finish job was excellent PLUS! I would recommend this company and plan to consult them to plant new trees etc.

We had Branching Out remove two trees and grind both stumps. The Branching Out team was obviously experienced and the trees were taken out quickly and the wood removed. However, while grinding the stumps, a landscape light was damaged and the wire cut. While we were promised it would be repaired, we were very pleasantly surprised when Branching Out owner himself came to replace and install the light, repair the wire and at my request, trim a few more roots that were crawling under our patio. This level of professional customer service is so appreciated. I would recommend them highly

They were prompt and professional. They also pointed out a large mesquite branch overhanging our a/c unit that also needed to be removed and were able to take out a number of small trees at the same time they were there for the large one which saved us money.

The trees were all removed, limbs were taken away and all brush removed. It was like the trees were never there. Great people to work with.

Terrific job. Customer service and tree services were excellent. Four guys arrived on time and worked non-stop. They completed the job within the estimated time frame and cleaned up the property when finished.

Main root was not ground out eighteen inches to two feet below surface as I was told. Had difficulty planting a new tree as much of root remained in the ground. I had to have another landscaper finish digging out main root before they could plant new tree

I needed two dead trees removed from my property and called for a quote from Branching Out. The Manager came out within the estimated time frame, immediately gave me a reasonable quote and followed up with an e-mail estimate which I accepted. The work was performed on the day promised. All company personnel were friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and accurately and the clean up was beautiful. The trimmers even were careful to respect my young saguaro cacti and other plants quite near the dead trees. I will use Branching Out again.

The tree removal went perfect . The men cleaned up the debris and it was as if there was no tree ever there . Very nice workmen , made sure I was happy with the job before they even ask for payment . The manager came and gave me a estimate and it did not change . This is a professional company with great employees . They had big time equipment for the job . Professional .

VERY PROFESIONAL. ARRIVED ON TIME, TOOK OUT TREE AND DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING UP THE BRANCHES & TREE DEBRIS. SWEPT DRIVEWAY AND STREET OF DEBRIS.

I give the field crew an "A" and the office a "B" for an overall "B+" company rating. I would use them again without hesitation due to the quality of the field crew. The field crew did a great job trimming up the trees. One tree was especially difficult to shape because it had some dead areas creating holes. The crew cleaned everything up and were very professional. The office, however, was somewhat squirrely. First, they said the estimator would call before he came. He did not. Second, after I received the estimate, I received an invoice via email saying I owed them $$ and was to pay by the 19th, yet we had not yet even scheduled the work. I got that squared away, got the job scheduled and then the office called to confirm the date, but had unilaterally pushed the date back 5 days, from a Friday to the following Wednesday. The change was not an issue for me because I am retired and did not have anything scheduled on the Wednesday, but this kind of schedule change without consulting the customer could be an issue for someone who works. Also, it takes 2-3 weeks to get them scheduled.

They planted two box red ornamental pistachio, he said was for the wind. But they don't match up. One is kind of crooked and he said it needed to be anchored and they never did. It was a bad experience. They did the work when they said they were going to but that's about it.

It went well with no problems. The tree removed was a large mesquite tree. The stump of the tree was ground down so it did not show above ground. The 3 trees trimmed were also mesquite trees. The tree service came with a crew of 4 at 6:30 am and they were done by 12:00 pm. They did a great job cleaning up. The tree service also furnished me his insurance documents to show that he had plenty of insurance. The cost to remove the large mesquite tree was $1125, and $700 to trim the other three trees, and remove the mistletoe from them.. I had a bid from another tree service that gave me a cost of $1500 just to remove the tree.

Provider was quick in responding to my initial message. Crew arrived on time and left the area clean. The tree looks great! Trimmed back effectively but still looks very natural in shape. I would definitely use this provider again.

WHEN I CONTACTED BRANCHING OUT ABOUT AN ESTIMATE FOR A TREE REMOVAL, THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY. WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD EXCEPT THE PROPOSAL, THEY SCHEDULED ME IN WITH IN 2 WEEKS. THE DAY THAT THE PROJECT WAS SCHEDULED FOR, THE CREW OF 4 ARRIVED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE TIME PERIOD THAT I WAS TOLD TO EXPECT THEM. THEY ALL INTRODUCED THEMSELVES TO ME & ASKED TO SEE THE TREE TO BE REMOVED. AFTER ASSESSING THE WORK AREA, THEY WENT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY WERE VERY ORGANIZED & PROFESSIONAL. THE ENTIRE PROJECT TOOK JUST A LITTLE OVER 2 1/2 HRS. TO COMPLETE. ALL OF THE WOOD & DEBRIS FROM THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETELY REMOVED & THE PROJECT AREA, AS WELL AS THEIR ACCESS WAS CLEANED UP VERY WELL. WHEN THEY WERE DONE, THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW THEY WERE HERE WAS THAT THE TREE WAS GONE.

Fine. They're very good. Their guys were very responsive to my requests and very good to me.

These guys came out to give an estimate the same day I called. Perfect. The estimate was right in line with what I thought it would be. Perfect. Had appointment about 10 days later to cut tree down. Was told the guys and crane truck would be here at 6:30 am. The arrived a little early. Perfect. Had 5 guys here including the crane operater. The tree was totally down, removed, ground up, and the stump removed by 9:30am. Perfect. Absolute professionals. Would hire again in a heartbeat. Perfect!

They arrived ahead of time...went to work...took out a dead 40 ft. tree, removed all clippings inside the yard and in the alley...swept up any mess...and left the property undamaged...all in less than an hour!

John, who came to give us an estimate, was very knowledgeable and educated us about what was needed; too often this step gets left out. The crew arrived punctually, carried out their job with dispatch, cleaned up well, and were gone. The crew was comprised of nice people, like the other members of the company we encountered. Great job! We know where we're going for future services.

Couldn't have gone better. The crew was on time, did a ton of work, cleaned up and were gone in less than three hours. Very professional, courteous. A lot of debris was generated and the yard was spotless when they left. Very pleased with the work, cost was competitive. Will definitely use again.

The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They trimmed the trees and cleaned up the mess immediately. All the tree cut-off was shredded into the back of their truck. They raked up anything else and took it with them. The entire crew was uniformed and very polite. Every one worked hard the entire time.
