All in all, they were very diligent and even did extra trimming that had not been contracted for. They cleaned out some oleanders that I had wanted done for years. They had told me that they would be here to do the work in the early afternoon but didn't get here until late afternoon; therefore, had to return the next day to finish, which they did. I was very satisfied with their work.

Everything they do is perfect. They are polite, clean up, on-time, friendly, and professional. I can't say enough about them.

Lost tree in strom, blocking road. Guys came within one hour to remove and mulch. Then returned two weeks later to trim and thin out 10 trees. No problems to report. Excellent service.

I use them at least two times yearly. They are very good and their pricing is very fair. They tell you they are going do something and they do it. If they say they are going to be there at ten o'clock they'll be there then; they don't give you an all day window. When they are done they give you a bill and it is always what they say it is going to be. They get A's across the board from me. I will continue to use them.

Had electricity added to my house and the electric company told me that in order to meet the modern requirements for the electric wires they could not cross my neighbors yard and in order to do this the tree would have to be pruned. Branching out came exactly when they said they would (maybe even early), consulted me about the final shape of the tree that I wanted, protected my other garden plants under the tree and was very careful with the removal of all the thorny branches. They also trimmed another tree to make my solar panels get more light in the winter. They were willing to give the wood to my neighbor for his fireplace and haul away some of his trimmings for nothing, which I thought was very kind. I've used this company before and will again.

Played phone tag with him five or six times, not that responsive, but I know he was busy. Very knowledgeable about trees. I thought price was good. Did a great job of cleaning area up after work was completed.

Jim Bredice is a knowledgeable arborist and was able to advise on suitable replacements for the trees being removed. He gave me a detailed estimate and advised me on how best to take care of the job. Showed up as scheduled and did a superlative job. The yard was transformed and there was scant evidence there had been trees there at all; all the debris was removed. The experience was a pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate to use his service again.

I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS MAN AGAIN JUST BECAUSE OF HOW UNPROFESSIONAL HE WAS. WE CALLED HIM MANY TIMES BEFORE HE FINALLY CAME OUT TO DO IT, AND EVERY TIME HE SAID HE'D BE THERE HE NEVER SHOWED UP. FINALLY HE GOT IT DONE THOUGH.
