Description of Work: Bob's could not replace or repair my shake shingle roof either because they didn't do shake shingles or would not work on the steep pitch. I can't remember what the reason was.

Description of Work: Company responded punctually in doing all it stated it would. Crew was efficient and cleaned up well after the job was done. The price came in at the same amount estimated. This was not the cheapest estimate, but I feel we got our money's worth.

Description of Work: They coated the roof. They had actually already done some work and they serviced the warranty because there was just one area that needed to be recoated. They weren’t aware that there was a problem before so when I told them about it they saw the problem and did the repair.

Description of Work: Put two coats of elastomeric material on my roof after minor repairs. After a year two area showed some pealing. They come out promptly and repaired the two areas that concerned me plus several other areas I hadn't notice/didn't think were problems. No charge to me on the second visit.
