+ -1 moreWhen they picked up the chair on June 20th, they told us it would be early August before they could have it completed because of an out-of-town convention and other work. They called on July 30th to tell us they were finished and delivered the chair today, August 2, 2012. They are nice, talented, professional people. We sent a second matching chair back to their shop with them for re-upholstery when they delivered the first chair. We liked them and the very skilled work they did for us. Use them!!!!
Description of Work: They re-upholstered a club chair for us. We had our own fabric, but they came to the house to give us an estimate and picked up the chair, then delivered it back to us when it was finished, with no extra charge for pick-up or delivery. They were somewhat concerned because the chair was covered in a silk fabric from when we lived in Thailand, and we had picked a similar material, which was very lightweight, but did not try to talk us out of our choice or refuse to work with the material. The results were exquisite.

+ -1 moreWHEN THEY FINISHED THE JOB, AND BROUGHT IT TO MY HOUSE WE DID NOT AGREE ON THE COLOR, IT WAS ALL WRONG. SHE AGREED WITH ME, TOOK IT BACK AND REUPHOLSTERED THE ENTIRE THING. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT. THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!
