Sandra Lane has very poor communication. She showed up on time to show the house but even then sounded like she already had someone in mind for the property. The house was beautiful but had dead roaches on the carpet and we were told that "Every house in the southwest has roaches." When we returned for a second viewing a few days later the dead roaches were still on the carpet. Overall, I have to say that this is some of the worst customer service I've ever received from a realty company. Most at least pretend they want your business. P.S. I'm not bitter because they turned us down. We found a home just fine. I don't even normally write bad reviews but I felt that Sandy performed poorly enough to justify it this time.
Description of Work: Collected money to do a credit check and background check for a rental property. We called several times over the next week only to be told, if we were lucky enough to get a return call, that she would have more information for us on Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday. Finally, on Friday, a full seven days after we drove all the way across town to turn in our paperwork because "someone else was interested in the house" we were told that we didn't qualify. With the qualifications they wanted we would be out to buy a house...not rent. After collecting a fee from us only to turn us down on that particular property I would have thought they would at least look for a property that we DID qualify for. We have never had trouble qualifying for anywhere else.
