Materials arrived quickly and in great condition.

Bdrm tiled floor plus bath room and walk in closet look great, no more dirty trail on carpet or throw rugs in the way of tripping over. So much easier to vacuum especially under the bed. Very happy with replacing carpet with tile.

This is a difficult review to write; I almost feel that I should write two, one positive review for my experience at Bedrosians with tile, a second for my very negative experience at Bedrosians with granite. I give them all A's on tile - Jeanie in the store was very helpful, and with her assistance I was able to obtain some lovely tile for our master bedroom floor, as well as tile for the bathroom floor, shower walls and trim, and shower floor. Now installed, it delights me every time I see it. Delivery to Tucson of chosen materials from California was prompt on the main order, equally prompt on the few pieces of bullnose needed to finish the job. Price was fair, tile quality high. On granite I give them a resounding FFFFF, and would go lower if there were a lower grade. We had selected some beautiful granite at the same time we chose our tile, but as is the nature with remodeling, we didn't need the granite as soon as we needed the tile, and they were to hold it for us, a common practice. Our contractor's granite fabricator went to pick up the granite when it was needed, and not only did he find out that BEDROSIANS HAD SOLD OUR GRANITE SLAB TO SOMEONE ELSE but additionally, they didn't even offer an apology to the customer (us) or our contractor, or our fabricator. What an incredibly bad business practice! Obviously our project was delayed, and equally obviously we bought granite somewhere else. I would recommend that anyone needing granite look elsewhere than Bedrosians. There are plenty of other stores in Tucson selling granite.

I went to their showroom in early March as we were remodeling a home we just purchased. On the recommendation of someone else, I went to their showroom. Upon entering, there was a big group of employees standing around the front desk - most turned around when I walked in. Those that turned around refocused back to what they were doing... not one word of greeting. I'm not sensitive to these types of behaviors, and instead just said hello to them. As it was early in the morning, it was only myself and another customer in the store. I walked around their showroom. It is very nice with great samples and displays. I wanted more information and asked someone for assistance. I was promptly told, "Sorry, can't help you" and they walked away. Everyone else walked away or refused to look at me. When someone else walked in a few minutes later, I heard them greet the customer and offered assistance. I am not easily offended however, their treatment of me was so obvious and I will in NO WAY ever go back to their store and will never recommend them. In fact if someone asks me for a recommendation, I will tell them NOT to go to this company. I never write reviews but I was appalled at their treatment. As a result, I instead went to Lowe's, found a comparable tile, and had it installed throughout my home. It came out beautifully and I consistently get compliments. Do I miss the tile I could have purchased at Bedrosians? NO. Did I get a better deal at Lowe's? YES. Will I ever do business with Bedrosians? NOT EVER.

The 20% Black Friday savings was great. Since the order amounted to 3,700 pounds of tile, Bedrosian separated the boxes so I could make 3 trips to get the tile.
