 + -1 moreIt took about a week to get the estimate and the cost was reasonable (average among bidders). It took another week to do the task. It is a reasonable time frame for the given task. Asphalt coating appears to be thinner than I expected. My specific specific requests (for example, thicker coating at certain locations) was not done. Overall, the company is reliable and reasonably prompt for the given price.

 + -1 moreEstimator was prompt and professional. Was able to answer my many questions and provide excellent references. Crew arrived on time, answered all questions, very professional and clean. I asked about one area I was concerned about and was told it would be ok but later the supervisor re-evaluated and repaired that area.

 + -1 moreI was terribly disappointed that I received NO price or comment from Julian or his company. I have employed another company to do the work.
Description of Work: JULIAN (First Name) from Bates called to say he was in another town and could not keep the appointment. He rescheduled for another day. Julian looked over the property and said his proposition and cost would be in the mail the following week. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM SINCE!!!!!!!!

 + -1 moreTHE WORK THEY DID WAS FANTASTIC. THEY WERE VERY POLITE, AND WE WERE PLEASED THAT THEY CAME TO START AT THE TIME AND DAY THEY SAID. THEY FINISHED IN ONE DAY. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL RESULTS.
Description of Work: THEY PUT ASPHALT OVER OUR DRIVEWAY AND SEALED IT.

 + -1 moreTHE FOUR MEN DID FANTASTIC WORK, THEY WERE VERY POLITE. THEY WERE THERE THE SCHEDULED TIME AND FINISHED EARLIER THEN THE SCHEDULED TIME. WE WERE ALSO PLEASED WITH THE WORK.
