Great service.

I've been extremely happy with the work done by Basham's. They're knowledgeable, reasonably priced and creative in their solutions to various landscape issues.

I call them when I need them and they come out and do whatever I want them to do. They do what they say and they show up on time, and that is pretty good around here.

We have four acres so the price is very reasonable.

They are a whole service landscaping, but we only use their irrigation installation system. They replaced our home irrigation system. We were 100% satisfied with everything they did.

They came to our home to do an estimate for the work, and we never heard from them again. They never called with an amount. They never wrote. They disappeared. We called and left messages. Finally, at 7am, we called and they finally answered, and my husband spoke to a woman who said they were having trouble getting a concrete quote and she'd call back that day. Suffice to say, no call, no nothing. VERY unprofessional. We waited for them, and we lost time, when someone else could have been doing the work. And, we are extremely irritated with their lacking customer service and follow through. As I write this, they are gone. Nobody is around. Did aliens take them off??

Earlier this year I noticed many of the plants at the rental were dying and I called to ask if they were checking the irrigation system. It turned out that when my renter left, the electricity was turned off because the electric company had misplaced the landlord agreement and the irrigation system was not powered. I asked Bashams why their workers had been going to my property every month and charging me without ever noticing or telling me about the condition of the plants. They said that was not their job!

I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS COMPANY BY A CARD THAT WAS LEFT ON MY FRONT DOOR. I THOUGHT THE PRICE A LITTLE HIGH. I THOUGHT THE QUALITY OF THE COMPANY WAS WONDERFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

THE WORK PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SCENERY AROUND OUR POND AFTER THEY FINISHED. I COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER LANDSCAPING COMPANY TO DO WORK FOR ME.

THE WORKERS FROM THIS COMPANY ARE VERY RELIABLE. THEY GET THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO GET IT DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
