 + -1 moreIndividual that showed up was helpful and understanding, just not able to ultimately find a solution.
Description of Work: Evaluated the output of the air temperature in the home. They found a slight variation and added a little coolant to the AC unit. Unfortunately we still have the problem of temperature changes in the house. But since they're the second person to look at the problem with the same results I don't know if it's under their scope of finding the problem.

 + -1 moreAll our jobs went well. They had to correct many mistakes from a previous contractor to ensure our office would no longer have power issues.
Description of Work: B3 Electric has done several commercial jobs for us from simple outlet adds to complex re-wires to correct another contractors work. They are professional, responsive and competitively priced. B3 is my first call when I need an electrician.

 + -1 moreRudy Beck has done work for me on several of my rental properties. He is very good. It is an hourly rate with him. He charges $50 to $75 an hour depending on how many people are involved. He is reliable. He shows up when he says he will. He works fast. I would absolutely work with him again.
Description of Work: I use B3 Electric for electrical work. I last used them about a month ago.
