Wonderful. They were on time, did a fabulous job, and flexible. They let me know about calcium buildup in the water heater and the age (very old) and that I might consider replacing some time in the near future. Loved the low pressure approach and said yes to replace and they got that done the same day.

Our AC was not blowing out cold air like it should, it felt just like a fan blowing. Nick the technician came out asked us a few questions about what was going on, we explained to him that the ac was not cooling like it should. He then told us he was gonna do a diagnostic analysis on our HVAC and let us know what he found. He explained everything he found on the unit and even asked if I would like to go out there with him so he could show me and I could get a better idea of what he was talking about. Our unit was low of charge and he did advised us that our unit should be replaced & It was likely that the O.F.M. may also fail. After all his finding we decided for now just to add the R22 to the unit to get it going for now. He was friendly and explained everything to us very well, we will refer them to our family & friends.

I was not present, but I guess it went alright. The only question I had was after the service was done and I never received a response. Evidently my filters are on my roof so I wanted to know how often they had to be changed and I still don't know, but I'm going to purchase a ladder and figure it out myself.

Tony was on time with the supplies to complete the job thoroughly polite engaging, open and honest. The 2 man install completed a 2. 5 ton in 1 day. Cleaned up and were amazing.

They were wonderful! Were very responsive and were available during my first choice for service date/time. The technician (Curtis M.) called on his way to the home and arrived during the allotted time window. Even though I had accidently prepaid for a lesser inspection type, they did a full new home purchase inspection at no additional cost to me! Since I wasn't at the home (not the current owner), Curtis emailed me the inspection report with pictures as soon as he was finished and called to go over it in detail with me. He went over cost of repairs vs. a new unit in a way that didn't feel like he was just trying to sell a new unit. Although, he did think that would be the better option, his reasons for this were justified (the system is 20 years old with various parts replaced since, that would make it much more expensive and time consuming to maintain). I definitely recommend this company, especially this specific technician!

Curtis from B & J Refrigeration showed up right on time and was a pleasure to work with. He demonstrated great knowledge of the furnace equipment that I have. I feel confidant of the condition of my furnace. I will call B & J again the next time I need help.

My husband and I were very impressed , and decided to drop the other group and sign up with B & J. I picked them through Angie's List to begin with by the positive comments and ratings they had received. We also learned if we have any problems even in the middle of the night, to call and someone will be out to assist us. In addition to the $75.00 we paid through Angie's List, we paid additional for the new contract for the year.

It went fine until he realized I wasn't going to buy a new heater?..

Very professional. Was careful to cover his shoes before entering my home. Found my problem (a filter which was not changed since last year). Spent time to explain how to maintain the A/C. Very helpful and I will call him in the future to assist with my HVAC,

Air conditioner stopped cooling. The company scheduled an appointment the same day. The technician was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He completed the work promptly. We were very satisfied.

Nick is absolutely GREAT! He explained everything he was doing every step of the way, and he explained why he was doing it. The maintenance was performed over two visits because he had to obtain the correct fan motor. The first visit was on Tuesday and the second on Thursday. I was not pleased that I had to wait two days for the repair to be completed. However, this was not Nick's fault as his intent was to complete the job first thing Wednesday morning. The job took much longer to complete than expected primarily because my AC is 21 years old. Nick ran into countless unexpected problems that had to be solved. He handled each unexpected obstacle with a cool, competent approach that was as reassuring as it was admirable. Now, my only complaint . . . if it were not for Nick's thoroughness and professionalism, I would have ditched B&J and gone to another service provider. In my opinion, the scheduler needs some training in customer service as she is the reason I considered using another company. I will use B&J Refrigeration again, and I recommend them, providing their other field service techs are as competent, professional, and personable as Nick.

The two men arrived on time, despite the elevated temperature, they worked until completed. Very professionally installed. Everything was cleaned up after them.

Matt was the technician who did an excellent job communicating what needed to be done.

om My A/C stopped blowing air (in Tucson, in July) you could hear the unit coming on just no air from the vents so I thought it was going to be something major and told the repairman that. He found out it was a couple of blown fuses on the roof. he could have quietly replaced the fuses then charged me for a new blower motor or something, but nope, he fixed what was wrong and that was it. very pleased with the work and they will now be my go-to hvac company.
