We've used only B&J Refrigeration for our HVAC since we bought this house in 2013. As ever, the techs and sales people are top notch, hard working. Couldn't imagine a better team.

The summer was just about upon us & I wanted to be sure the A/C in the house I had just bought was in good shape. The tech called to see if he could come early ... that's a first. Once he arrived he went right to work testing the A/C & educating me on what to look for when the A/C starts to loose it's cooling ability. He didn't mind me watching what he did or ask questions as he did them, "educating myself." I was very pleased on the tech, the service and the company and I will be using them again.

It went very well. We called them on a Saturday morning in February as our furnace stopped working the night before. Although it was a saturday, they have scheduled the service same day for 1 pm. Technician Anthony Mullins arrived on time. He was very courteous and very knowledgable. We are very much impressed with his efficient work too. He is one of the nicest technicians you'll ever see in your life. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. All went very smoothly and service and repair was completed on time. I strongly recommend using B& J refrigeration for your heating and cooling needs. Also want to thank to Anthony for being such a nice and courteous person.

It was good service. I was satisfied with everything. Price – It wasn’t bad, it was okay. I really don’t have too much to compare with, I did call one company and it was more, $120 something I believe.

Very professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly and immediately ordered parts. Installed without need of any supervision. Returned to ensure the unit was operating properly. Overall, great experience with both onsite technician and office staff.

Nick Ruiz arrived on time and was very conscientious and did an excellent job of explaining the work. He completed as well as status of my system.

Professional, nice guys, price was very competitive, no fancy sales BS. Would have been perfect but left potential leak issues on my roof and a mess to clean up. All the leaves & dirt that had collected under the old AC and metal trimmings and screws. A push broom as part of their tool kit to sweep the deck before dropping the AC onto the built up dirt would have been very nice. Additionally removal of old skids pulled up some of the cool coat which could potentially cause leak damage. First I had to clean up the mess, then patch the cool coat. It's good the skids were not in the same spot or I would not have been able to see it or patch it. I would expect they would either tell you there are areas that need patching or simply use $5 worth of cool coat to be sure damaged areas are sealed but as a bare minimum clean up the job site. This is short sighted especially knowing I will be replacing another AC unit next year.
