He found the problem, replaced the parts, explained his findings and recommendations in clearly and in detail, and had our AC back up and running without delay. We were delighted we called them. I'd definitely call them again.

Description of Work: The AC was under preforming in a business I own. The came climbed the riser to the roof and serviced the unit. It works great now. I used them before and will again. Good service and reasonable prices.

Description of Work: The did an inspection of my heat pump to prepare it for the winter. They had installed it and have done an excellent job of maintaining it.

Description of Work: This was a little while ago. The AC unit in one of our store locations developed a leak. The fixed the leak and refilled the large coolant tank it had. The fix has held for 3 or more year now. They did a good job and i'd use them again.

Description of Work: We live in a manufactured home in Vail and had suffered from coughs, virus, nosebleeds for several months and figured out low humidity was the cause. We contacted B&J and another major company to quote for a whole home humidifier. Lawrence, from B&J, came on time, checked on the water, electrical, HVAC system (which is housed outside)--he even opened the HVAC to assess accessibility for the humidifier. He explained that with the extremely hard water we have we needed to install an Aprilaire 800 which B&J would install with a 2-year workmanship warranty. The installation was completed in a day the next week, and Dean, the installer, even added details and thorough instructions beyond our expectations. Because AZ is an exception -- most areas use humidifiers with furnaces, not air conditioning -- we needed a separate sensor which had to be ordered. Dean came out to Vail as soon as the sensor arrived and installed it. We now have humidity we can control and no health issues! | |The other company provided a quote that was seven hundred dollars higher (after giving us several significant "discounts"), would not be able to install the humidifier for several weeks, did not itemize their quote, only provided a 1-year warranty and had an exclusion clause that could have cost us even more. | |We are totally pleased with our experience with B&J and plan to use them when we need to replace our HVAC system.

Description of Work: First heat of summer, AC died, of course on a Friday. B&J came out on weekend at no additional charge. Very courteous and professional. Explained everything they were doing. I have an older system that they told me had several issues. They repaired what appeared to be the problem. It worked for several hours and failed. They came right back and replaced another something. Been working fine. Very pleased with their service.
