very professional service tech. arrived on time and got job done promptly.

I had not used B & J for this service in a while, but I will be using them in the future. It's getting hot and I wanted to make sure the system was up for a long hot summer. Randy was the tech who serviced the system. He was very thorough. More thorough than other companies I have had in the past. He found one weak link in the system which could have led to trouble down the road and fixed it quickly and inexpensively. Randy did an excellent job. I will ask for him the next time I call for service.

They did not do a satisfactory job. After buying 2 new cooler from them, I was paying the to maintain the coolers on 2 homes for several years. Then when one stopped working, I called my home warranty who sent out a different professional. That professional pointed out the corrosion and caking on the different parts of the interior of the cooler. He pointed out that it appeared as though it had not been maintained. I feel i was paying for nothing. Not even sure if they actually did the work i paid for. I will say the office staff is very nice and professional, but the service provided is sub-par.

Lawrence went above and beyond to obtain aluminum coil that was under warranty. Carrier in Tucson had no record of warranty, so Lawrence went directly to corporate. Tony and Martin came out and removed old coil and replaced with the new aluminum coil. They were very professional and efficient. The job was completed in less than 2 hours. Great job! Next time we need heating A/C services, we know who to call. We will also recommend to friends.

B&J won our business after 5 other estimates based on their knowledge and honest opinion. There was no pressure to buy an upgrade or additional items. They were efficient and we had no issue with the clean up.

Dean and Armando arrived on time and ready to work. They were very courteous and efficient as they did their jobs. They were always aware of any disruption they were causing and went out of their way to keep it to a minimum. When they were finished with the installation, they made sure everything was left as clean or cleaner than when they arrived. B & J Refrigeration gave us the best quote for the work we needed and they were true professionals as the work was being done. I would highly recommend them for any air conditioning job.

When I called B&J to evaluate my the problems I was having with my 17 year old HVAC residential system, the technician was quick to diagnose the problem as a clogged and rusted out evap coil. The technicial was very patient to explain how the cloged coil was linked to the problem I was having. When asked, he physically showed me the clogged coil with the access panel removed. The repair cost of about $1,700 to replace the evap coil on a 17 year old a/c system led me to decide to replace both my 17 year old split a/c systems. The two, two man crews arrived on time, introduced themselves, answered my questions in a curtious and professional manner, and finished the removal and replacement work on time. The outdoor condensor installations were very tidy. The new indoor evap coil and furnace air handler were integrated professionally with my existing ductwork. The job site was picked up and clean. Lawrence in the sales department followed up with me via phone the following day to see if everything went well and whether I had any questions. My overall experience was very good and would recommend B&J to anyone needing HVAC service or sales.

After failure of our AC system we contacted four providers and got bids. B and J was not the least expensive proposal but the system was most desirable from efficiency perspective and they were willing to negotiate a lower total cost. From the first contact with the sales representative to their finished installation all company representatives were extremely professional. The total install took only five hours, start to finish. We would highly recommend them!

Recommended that Construction manager review the installation. We have not heard back since.

He discovered my duct work had come apart and I was cooling the entire city of Tucson. He was able to put a temporary fix in place until I could get it properly mounted.

All the work was completed when promised and done well. We're happy with the company.

Needed to replace one of my heating/cooling systems and because of the cost decided to get three proposals from reputable contractors here in the city. Ultimately selected B&J because they had best price and made an excellent impression. They have been around for a long time and are run by people who grew up the the company and believe they have kept their overhead costs low so they can offer very competitive prices. Worked with Shawn and Lawrence on the proposal and quote and they were very professional and responsive and answered all my questions. They have great schedule flexibility and were able to do my installation the day after I accepted their proposal. The installers, Tony and Martin, were very prompt, professional and courteous and it was apparent they took pride in their work. The new system was tested and started up and so far is functioning very well. Overall, I had an outstanding experience with B&J and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

It went quite well. They have done good work for me the past few years. They have been quite reasonable. Their professionalism is good.

Everyone involved with this project was very hard working, professional, knowledgeable, patient with my many questions and above all, honest. The team left the work area cleaner than they found it and seemed to really enjoy and take pride in the work they were doing. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.

Went Super Great. Technician was EXTREMELY thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. Answered my myriad questions in a way I could easily understand and provided me detailed information with pictures on my equipment.

My experience did not start off very well, B & J did not show up to the initial appointment I had scheduled. They were very apologetic and the manager stayed on top of everything after that. The technician that came out was very professional, helpful and was excellent at explaining the work that was to be performed.
