Description of Work: Initially they installed some Hunter Douglas blinds. They are wonderful and we love them. Subsequently we bought some cornices from them. The manufacturers quality left a lot to be desired and B and D is working with us to get this resolved. These folks are very customer oriented and they really want you to be a satisfied customer. Highly recommended

Description of Work: Jeff from B&D Install came and restrung two duets and repaired the pull mechanisms on four more blinds. He did a great job and cleaned up after his work. He worked for about 3 hours. I was completely happy. The office staff were responsive and helpful.

Description of Work: Great experience. This provider came to our house with samples/I also visited their showroom to view displays---all this company's reps. were knowledgeable, helpful, & professional. We ordered vertical blinds from this company; their products are high quality with good warranties. Our order, scheduling & install were well performed---this procedure also required customized wood work. There were no communication problems because the sales rep. & the very skilled craftsman worked together & professionally completed our project in a timely and excellent manner. We are very satisfied with this company and we would highly recommend them.
