+ 0 moreI would give them across the board as well, I know as the company I don't know, but this guy was super friendly, super helpful. He went above and beyond. He new about the tarantula hawk and very few people I called didn't even know what it was. You can't get rid of them, but he knew what to do to get her away from my apartment. He took the regular bug spray and sprayed it on the walls and also did my patio so she wouldn't come back.
Description of Work: I had them out over the course of 2 months, I had a mouse inside my apartment and I a tarantula hawk that took residence up above my front door.

Description of Work: I called to get a quote to start up a monthly service. I also have some issues with gophers in the yard. I had someone come out and explain exactly what they could and would do, gave me a quote and scheduled the service ASAP. The sales rep was VERY knowledgeable, as was the tech. They set smoke bombs, traps and treated the entire home. I was and remain happy. They are very good about contacting me via email with reminders of upcoming service calls and they follow up when promised. I would absolutely recommend them.

+ -1 moreThey always call ahead to make an an appointment and are usually very prompt. If for some reason they will be delayed, or even early on some occasions, they always call to advise. I have been using this service for the past 15 years and am extremely satisfied. This is a small family-owned firm which means that the same people perform the services every time. Very little turnover which is a good sign. The inside service has meant that I have seen very few bugs (scorpions, roaches, etc) and usually these are dead.
Description of Work: They power-sprayed around the entire base of the house, outside. In certain areas they sprayed the walls and around doors. I believe they use Tengard to protect from most outside insects who might make their way into the house. According to their invoice they used about 20 gallons which as I observed was probably accurate. They perform this service every 2 months. I also use them for inside pest control and they perform this service every two months alternating with the outside spraying.

+ -1 moreThey call approximately 1 week before to schedule an appointment, either indoors or outdoors on alternate months. The technician arrived on time, and sprayed the entire house (3200 sq. feet) in about 15 minutes. He was professional, quiet and polite and left no footprints or other evidence on the carpets. I recently had a bee's nest with a swarm of bees, outside a bathroom window. They came quickly, removed the nest and solved the problem. This is a small family owned business which means that you are always dealing with the same few people who know your house and needs, and you get the attention only available from a small business.
Description of Work: They performed a bi-monthly pest control indoor treatment throughout the house. Over the past 11 years I have been virtually bug free. The few bugs that we do rarely find (scorpions) are mostly dead. On alternate months they spray the outside perimeter and we have not found any evidence of bugs entering through cracks.
