She did a no show twice on me.

I paid $79 for four hours of work. They were really thorough compared to the other companies we used. They had a supervisor person who checked all their work before they left which was nice.

There were 2 people that came out to honor the housecleaning deal. They even gave me a little more time than I paid for! I've used the company before & everything went fine! It's definitely more cleaning than I would've done or wanted to do.

I would never use this company again. Two hours late and "supervisor" spent most of her time on her cell phone while she was mapping the floor. One of the three women was excellent. She scrubbed my upstairs bathroom floors on her hands and knees. She was able to get out most of my hard water stains in my toilets, but then they ran out of the pumice stone.

Overall experience went well and would use them again.

The two young women came to the house right on time. They were well prepared and had the necessary gear. They were polite, helpful and most of all quiet and not chatty. The results were excellent and the house looked great. I would certainly hire this company again.

Appointment had been set with the owner a week prior via telephone for 10:30AM April 13, 2012. When no one had arrived by 11:00, we called the owner and were told "oh, I misplaced the address and they are waiting somewhere for you to call, I'll have them call you". Ten minutes later, still no phone call so we called owner again. This time it's "oh, they are at so and so location (this would be 15 minutes away), they'll be right there". Another 10 minutes go by and we get a phone call from the cleaners asking how to get to our house. They finally show up one hour late. We explain what we want cleaned and they get started. At about an hour, we hear them on the phone apparently being told that they are only here for two hours instead of four. Suddenly the rushing starts in order to make it all the way through the house in two hours. Instead of sweeping tile floors, they vacuum them and miss all kinds of dirt, etc. At one hour and 50 minutes, they tell us they are done and need the payment receipt. As they are walking out the door, apparently as an after thought, they tell us that while they were vacuuming in one of the bedrooms that the vacuum cleaner caught the cord for the mini blind and tore it off. "we called our boss, if you want to know anything else about it, call her". We just installed these mini blinds, that one is a double blind and cost $350. The floors in the house were superficially cleaned, there is still dirt, broken glass, pebbles, etc. that a vacuum wouldn't pick up over most of the floor.The rugs that were vacuumed are not clean, I think their vacuum either doesn't work or the filter is clogged. Perhaps other peoples standards are different than ours for what "housecleaning" means. For us it means clean, not rushed through and not a half-a** job. Over all, they were an hour late affecting the rest of the day we had appointments for. Tthey didn't clean very well as we had to go back over almost everything that was done and do it to completion. They damaged the mini blind with no offer to replace. We will clearly never use this "company" again. Arizona Professional Cleaning is not very professional. UPDATE****** The providers response is a total fabrication and attempt at avoiding the issue. There is and was zero construction happening at this residence. This was a rushed superficial cleaning job. They were too busy chatting on their cell phones to pay attention to what they were contracted to do. As to the damaged blind, since they knew about the problem caused by their employees, good customer service would indicate contacting the customer right away. There has been no attempt ever to make contact with us to resolve the damaged blind. If they want to resolve it, they can send me a check for the replacement cost of $350. Caveat Emptor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The provider is attempting to cover themselves instead of admitting they screwed up. They are un-professional. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME!!!

Although we were told we should expect two people for 2 hours for a special price of $79, only one person came to do the work because the workload didn't sound like two people were required she said and the Co. was very busy just before Easter. As it worked out , one person was able to do what we needed in a little over two hours. The Co. reduced the price to about 1/2..

They were really good. They just came in and got right through it. They did a good job on cleaning the bathrooms up and things that needed straightening out they did real good. They were pleasant and got right through work. I might use their services in the future.

They have come twice now, and do a reasonable job for a reasonable price. Heather, the manager, is especially responsive to requests. I plan to continue with them bi-weekly. It's a great relief to have someone come in and clean.

Overall they did a good job cleaning everything we asked. I would hire them again for sure.

They did a great job for the price. I have a large house and asked them for specific services and they did everything I asked them to do. I will definitely be contacting them again to help me out, I really liked their customer service. Very professional, very willing to work with the customer's needs. Thanks to Heather and Petra, there was another cleaner also - thank you to her as well. One of them cleaned some stains off the roof of my downstairs bathroom that no other cleaner has bothered to clean to date - thank you for that!!!

Bought a 3 hour housecleaning thru living social, a good deal had the cleaning been done well. Two women arrived on time with the owner, Heather. One of the women is new and being trained. They were here for 2 hours as owner said she would be helping clean as well. I really only saw her walk around with a feather duster and tell the other 2 what to do. I have had my house cleaned once a month for years and this was the least clean anyone has ever left it. After they said they were done, I looked at that master bath shower and it looked wet, but not clean. The cleaner said sorry but she did not have a scrubber. After I commented I guess I would clean it myself-the owner left it at that. Things were not wiped down well, if at all. The floors needed mopped again and the shower cleaned again, which I did that evening. They did redo the guest bathtub and laundry room but after they left I noticed a huge dust/fur bunny under my kitchen armoire. Like they just swept stuff under it. So much for owner supervision. That final straw actually made me laugh-what a joke. The D is being kind because I guess somehow it could have been worse.

Very satisfied. Cleaners are quick but not sloppy. They are flexible with scheduling, friendly & professional.

Heater is thorough, efficient and almost always on time.
