 + -1 moreTHE TECHNICIAN THEY SENT OUT WAS VERY FRIENDLY. HE REALLY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND HE WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. I ALWAYS CALL THEM BECAUSE THEY SEND THE SAME MAN OUT EVERY TIME AND I REALLY LIKE HIM.
Description of Work: THE HARD DRIVE ON MY COMPUTER CRASHED, SO WE HAD THEM COME OUT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED AND TO FIX IT.
