The most pleasant experience during a stressful situation! I couldn't have asked for better service. The gentlemen who moved us were polite and they handled our stuff with care. The men never wasted any time while on the clock. If I had any questions, they had the answer. The owner whom I booked the move with was straight forward and honest. These are qualities that are hard to come by in a company. After all was said and done, I was extremely pleased. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do... I will use them again.

Excellent. On time. Moved efficiently. Recommended placement and helped re-move some furnature to meet mom's needs. Put the extra furnature in the truck and delivered to my home's. No damage.

They were fine. They went off right to it. They bailed me out and I haven't made any claims to them. It did go over the price quote and it just got out of control, but it was a very quick move. They were very polite and very prompt, but at the end there was some carelessness. There was an old lamp that they can't replace anyway. There's nothing they can do about it.

Nathan and his crew did a great job, worked quickly and carefully, and made sure that everything was transported safely and efficiently. He even did a little consulting on my new hot water heater! AZ Off-Duty Movers may be a little more expensive than some others, but their professionalism and high quality work was well worth it.

From the moment I reached out to Nathan to coordinate (we did it all via email), to the point where Mike and Jerry arrived to handle the move, everything was absolutely stellar. I booked this move for my dad, who's older, and is a harsh judge of character, all the way from California -- my dad's in Tucson. I explained everything to Nathan, gave him pictures to help with his estimate, and coordinated everything on behalf of my dad. A few days prior to the move, Nathan's office called my dad to confirm the date/time. And then Mike + Jerry showed up with their truck. My dad is difficult to impress, but barely an hour into the move, he texted me with positive comments on both Mike and Jerry. That put my mind at ease. They finished the move after a few hours, and I got another strong thumbs up from my dad. These guys were awesome. Honest, open / transparent, punctual, thorough, and just fantastic to work with.

Parents were moving from one apartment to another in the same retirement village, but since it was a downsize, we also needed many boxes moved to my house and then some large furniture items moved to a friend's house. I dealt with Nathan and Alex on the phone, and scheduling was easy. Price was also reasonable/competitive. I dealt with Noah and Fernando, both active fireman, on the physical move itself. These guys are just a class act. They are all fireman from my understanding, and they busted their butts getting everything moved efficiently and quickly. Nice as they could be as well. Just a great experience all around, would not hesitate to call them again.
