We hired AZLM to come out and maintain our landscape every other week. It felt very expensive - 45 minutes for $100 - but because we'd worked with Garden Gate before and had been very satisfied with them, we decided to hire them. From the get-go, we never felt like we got our money's worth. The crew worked for precisely 45 minutes, not a minute more (sometimes less), and most of the time, at least one member of the crew spent most of the 45 minutes fixing water lines and turning our water system off or changing the settings. The crew members were always courteous and polite and if I asked them to do something specific, they always complied. The major problem was the lack of communication with the owner. When I called to ask about having our service reduced to one visit a month, no one ever called back and they just stopped showing up. I tried calling again and I just never got a response. This signaled to me that they didn't care and/or didn't want my business, which I think is extremely unprofessional. Overall, the service itself was decent, but my husband and I never felt like we got our money's worth, and the lack of communication from the main boss was beyond unprofessional. I wouldn't hire them again.

They are good but very professional. They are expensive. I use them twice a month.

Unless you own a starter castle and want to spend around $100,000, don’t bother calling The Garden Gate on Oracle Road. I called twice before I even raised any interest in coming out to my home to inspect my backyard and give me an estimate to completely redo it. From the minute this guy arrived I could tell he really didn’t want anything to do with my little house. It was almost like it was beneath him to walk through my place into my small back yard. You can probably guess that even though he said he would get back to me with an estimate, I never heard a word from him again. I had budgeted between $20,000 and $30,000 to fix up my backyard. His company lost the business because he seemed to think my place was too small or beneath his dignity. Whatever the reason, I certainly would not recommend The Garden Gate to any of my friends......or even enemies.

Not all and quot;casualand quot; tree saplings were removed; rather they were cut to the ground and regrew. The pre-emergent lasted less time than any other I have had used. And no, it did not rain for weeks after their treatment. The crew was punctual and the office staff was responsive, but they did poor quality work especially for the rate they charged.

I contacted them in hopes opf getting some cleanup work including tree trimming done on my fornt yard. They were not interested and the only way they do landscaping is if you agree to a every other week maintenance contract. They should say this in their advertisement and list of services. In Tucson most of us have desert low/no maintenance landscaping. This is very close to a rip off. They wasted my time (and there's) by not stating these kind of things up front.

First, Treavor worked me in to the schedule to help me out with the HOA. For that, I thank him!! The service however, was disappointing. In the front yard, the shrubs were left with uneven cuts and not cut down as far as I asked them to cut. In the backyard, the Arizona Sycamore that was supposed to be removed as part of the estimate was not removed and, despite assurances it would not grow again, is now about 4 feet tall. A lot of small weeds were left in the backyard and sprayed, leaving an ugly mess once the spray took effect. They did not blow off the patio in back either, leaving rocks and dust in its place. Then came the sticker shock when the invoice arrived. I contacted the company to discuss, and spoke to Treavor about it. He was going to pull the work order and invoice and assured me he would call back the next day. It was only after I sent a check note on the invoice about being disappointed with the experience and not hearing back from Treavor that he called and left a message. I selected this company for the work because of the reviews and ratings from other customers, and had hoped this would lead to a long term business arrangement. Disappointing initial experience and too expensive for the small amount of work required for bi-weekly maintenance as well.

The company is still coming on a bi-weekly basis keeping our rather large yard (front and back) clean and neat. We are very pleased with the crew and their initiative to do things without being asked.

The job was completed and all debris removed.

The day of the initial clean up I came home to a yard that looked cleaner and more attractive than at anytime during my ownership of the property in the last two years. The crew left a detailed note in the door on the work that was performed and it was exactly as I discussed with Tim, who provided the estimate on site one week prior to the service. I found the cost for the initial cleanup to be reasonable - it encompassed 4.5 hours of labor plus materials cost and landfill free. The first visit of the biweekly maintenance also went smoothly and I was very pleased with the results. The crew again left a detailed note of the services performed and it was exactly as the contract specified. The yard looks great and I'm looking forward to having AZLM continue to help maintain my property.

Awesome service! Timely and did a great job!

Azlm arrives on time every other week.I leave a list of landscape issues for them to address and it's well taken care of.If there is a 3 man crew they take 60 minuets. A 2 man crew is 90 minuets.

The crew, are always professional and will attend to any request. Owner, Tray Gers, is friendly, professional and quickly addresses any issues we have. I believe their pricing is right in line with comparable full service landscape services.

The crew is always on time and do the job efficiently. If there is an irrigation leak, it is fixed. The yard always looks good. Trey, one of the owners, returns my calls and checks on the work that is done.

They are great! They are extremely responsive, and they always check-in at our front door to see if we have any special requests. Also, they always leave a detailed note which reviews what work they performed that day . We've been working with them for the past five years, and they've never let us down.

Vary professional and efficient. Avoided a recently replaced water line.

Everything has went wonderfully.
