The owner was a terrific lady who came out personally to view the property, make suggestions, and together we designed a portfolio to plant. This turned out to include a rare Sago palm in addition to her usual stock, which was included without an extra charge because she felt it would really add to the landscape. After a few days, the gardeners came out and planted it all according to her instructions. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience, and very much improved the curb appeal of our property. We are certainly glad to have done this, and I would highly recommend using this company for your landscaping needs.

Patricia quoted the tree service while visiting on other work they were doing for us (installing cactus). We wrote her an email to go ahead a week later and the day after that the work was done. Her responsiveness and coordination were excellent. The tree surgeon was also excellent and his work was high quality.

Overall the experience went well. Communication was average during purchase and install. They are helpful in recommending what to plant for desert survival. Feel the overall cost was high for what we received. This is based upon shopping around in Tucson area for similar cactus. This is just my opinion.

I bought the Angies List coupons. I then contacted the company, they came by and did an estimate for the additional tree. The next day they arrived, did the work and cleaned up afterward.

I bought Angie's list coupon $149 for $300 services- Arborist called me that week to set appointment. I wasn't really planning on having any services done for several months. She gave me an estimate on trimming 2 trees and a sahuaro cactus and suggested taking one tree down due to mistletoe. Her cost did not include stump removal. A second estimate from another company was $300 less -minus the cactus. The arborist did not want to match the services. I opted to not cut it down and used AZ cactus / trees for the allotted coupon amount only. They trimmed one tree and one cactus. The two men that came out were very nice, neat and courteous, though limited in what they could reach by ladder and take with them in a small trailer. Ivan climbed up into the tree, up branches and onto the roof. He was very diligent and conscientious and has no obvious fear of heights. He did not leave until I was asked to approve the work.

It went very well,and the quailty of the cactus they put in and the desetr willow were outstanding and the men doing the work were very professional and good at their job.It was done in a tiimley manner.

There was some confusion of the dates and some delays, but the service was fine. They showed up as promised, I was allowed to swap out the barrel cactus for a second ocotillo, and they planted as I asked. All workers were respectful, kind and professional. I would not hesitate to call them to use them again.

They were way more expensive than I originally expected. They also left a lot of debris behind and did not clean up well.

Company was very prompt scheduling an estimate appointment and Patricia's team was very prompt when scheduled and completed the job quickly and very satisfactorily.

The crew arrived when anticipated, worked diligently, answered any questions, and worked the entire time there. There was no damage to existing plants, cleanup was spotless and all debris was removed and taken away.

I cannot say enough good things about Arizona Cactus and Trees! From my first meeting with Patricia (the arborist) who came to evaluate the work needed, to her crew, they were a pleasure to work with. They came on time, and stayed as long as was needed to get the massive trimming properly done. Patricia even came back to make sure that I was satisfied. When they were done, they left the place cleaner than they found it. I am already planning to have AZ Cactus and Trees come back for another landscaping job that I've been putting off. I recommend them highly!

The crew was efficient, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing - some of the mesquites that needed attention were quite large; the branches were about 10 inches in diameter. The owner/estimator came out about two days before the work was done. She is a certified arborist which is rare in Tucson. She was easy to discuss work items with and I felt the estimate was very reasonable given the number of tress that needed attention and the mess of prickly pear that had to be dealt with. Everything looks beautiful. I would definitely hire AZ Cactus and Trees again.

There were several phone calls back and forth thru the process of having someone come out to look at my situation, agreeing on the work to be done and then the actual work being performed. This took a few weeks and I wasn't sure exactly when they would be coming out until the morning of that day. Overall, assuming the tree lives thru the winter, the work performed was fine. I wasn't given a receipt for the tree and the planting, nor any instruction on watering, but that was taken care of with a phone call. I was surprised to get a phone message later on the same day the work was performed, asking me to leave a review, as the message said that was understood when someone bought a coupon on angie's list. They do good work, however.

They did a good job. They contacted us right away to schedule the appointment.

The two men worked quickly and efficiently. Since we care a great deal about the tree, it was a difficult thing to watch but they did not object to us staying and asking questions and such. One of the men, I regret I did not ask his name, had been trimming trees for over twelve years and is an absolute genius at tree trimming. The other man, I believe his name is George, tried to do his best but he was a little over zealous in our opinion. He took out a large branch of living tree that never should have been removed, and you can't glue branches back once they are gone. At that point is when we questioned their experience. We learned the second man was also very experienced, but as a landscaper! No wonder he made the mistake. After that he followed instructions from the first man. I have no idea why Patricia gave us an inexperienced tree trimmer but I would recommend you ask the men she sends exactly what their area of expertise may be. That should help you avoid the kind of mistake that happened to us. I would caution that when you set up times with Patricia you repeat them back to her. If the crew does not show up at the promised time, call Patricia immediately. We waited over two hours to ask what happened and we should not have been so polite. It is a good company, with good employees, but apparently has some minor problems with organization. We intend to hire them again but next time we will ask more questions.

Very thorough and excellent job. The crew was friendly and took the time needed to do a good job. Patricia was great. She was on site multiple times and made sure everything was done well. Cleanup was performed and the crew even took some extra materials to the dump. My trees all look great .

Crew of 2 arrived on time, completed work in expected time frame.

When we got the estimate from them, they told me that it would be an additional $130.00. They came over when I wasn't home and ruined my trees. They gutted the trees out from the middle. These were overgrown trees that needed to be topped off and shaped. Instead, they thinned out all the foliage from the middle of the tree.

I had purchased one of their coupons: $300 for $149, so a $730 job only cost me $579. I was contacted shortly after I purchased the coupon for an estimate. The actual job was scheduled for the following week. They arrived on time and finished the job in less than a day. Everything looks beautiful and they cleaned up very well after themselves. I am very pleased with the job they did. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Great job!!
