They drove out to my rental in Picture Rocks for the diagnostic to give me the estimate. They called and let me know the price and then jumped right in to the repair. I was happy and my tenants were happier.

Work was done on time and quickly. Estimator was knowledgeable and helpful as far as what I needed for size of my home and what was available and cost. Routing of refrigerant lines in utility closet could have be better but it is adequate. No follow up contact.

One year on and we are very pleased with the work Atlanits did for us. We had a couple of hiccups getting our condensation pump draining correctly and they promptly arrived to solve issues and get everything running. Highly recommended!

The service call itself went O.K. Technician arrived 45 minutes after the appt. but he called to let me know. I would have replaced the fuse myself, had I known it existed and where it was located. Getting charged $22.80 for a fuse took me aback. The technician was here for less than 30 min and the total charge was for $118.21. The service agreement, cost $279.00, says it includes a 10% discount but I did not receive that. When the technician pointed out that I was not charged over-time because it was a Saturday, I pointed out to him that the office had told me that my service agreement precluded over-time charges. I have been with Atlantis many many years, as was my Father. I am so disappointed in them, especially after having made several calls to other AC companies listed on Angie's List that are so much less expensive.

Our 2-year old air conditioner (installed by Arico Heating and Cooling) had a foul odor coming out of the vents. Arico came out first and couldn't figure out what was wrong. They claimed that everything checked out OK. We then called Fresh Air Systems thinking perhaps there was a dead animal somewhere in the venting system that needed to be removed. Fresh Air came out and discovered that the problem was that the EVAPORATIVE COILS were completely CORRODED from water backing up inside because the A/C unit was not properly installed by Arico. (How did Arico miss this when they inspected it? Were they not smart enough to check the evap. coils? Or did they check them and try to cover up their faulty installation by claiming they couldn't find anything wrong?) Fresh Air Systems suggested we call Atlantis Cooling & Heating. Atlantis came out and confirmed the corroded coils. They replaced it with a brand new evaporative coil (no charge, under warranty) although there was an $1100 charge for the labor. They PROPERLY installed the new evap. coil and we have not had any problems since and it has been two years. We fired Arico who had been performing our twice yearly maintenance checks and hired Atlantis instead. Atlantis has performed 3 maintenance checks since then and they are very thorough and very professional and also show up on time. The Atlantis technicians are far more knowledgeable and professional than the Arico technicians ever were. We highly recommend them!

I would recommend them. I would give them an A in all categories, especially in promptness.

They did exactly what they said they would do. They were very prompt. We were pleased with their service and the product they installed.

Service manager came to our house as agreed and described in detail what the job would include. Showed up on time and finished the job as described. Laborers were extremely polite and tidy. We are very pleased with this company and will use them again.

My experience has been good. They have always done a good job.

I had a midsummer crisis, A/C unit frozen up, temp was nearing 90 inside the house! Atlantis's emergency weekend tech arrived within 30 minutes, and remedied the situation. I also needed a small part that looked like a little computer board, and he had one with him and installed that in a matter of minutes.

I've used Atlantis twice and each time, they've been great. They arrived right on time and not only took care of our request, but gave us information. This was our first house and evaporative cooling units were new to us, so the info was very much appreciated. Loved the friendly, professional approach.

WE THOUGHT THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME OVER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROMPT. HE CAME OVER SHORTLY AFTER WE CALLED, AND HAD IT DONE IN NO TIME AT ALL. THE PRICE WAS AFFORDABLE ALSO.
