Luis and his father (I'm sorry I can't remember the name) provided me with a reasonable estimate for reglazing 16 windows in a large house. Because I am preparing the house for the market I did not want to remove existing panes. Also, some of the windows were in much better shape than others and needed less work. Work started two days later than originally proposed start time because of complications with another project they were working on. They called and communicated their need to change the start time. The new start time was not a problem for me. Reglazing took about 2 days. The same father and son team came who had done the estimate. They were courteous and answered all my questions. When they finished the job I looked over everything and asked them to smooth a few spots and fill a few holes. They did everything I asked. I'm not an expert but the windows look good to me.. The putty is curing now and will be painted early next month so I can see then what the final results look like. I've worked with Artistic Glass once before. I bought a large bathroom mirror which they also delivered $150. At that time I called several glass places in town and their prices easily beat their competitors. I have also just found them very easy to deal with in all my interactions. The seem friendly and willing to go the extra mile. For example, I had contractors ( an insurance deal) installing the mirror. They weren't sure exactly how to do it and the guys from Artistic Glass not only explained the procedure they basically installed the mirror at no extra charge.

Summary: Artistic Glass built a shower enclosure and installed a large window to complete my master bath remodel. The enclosure came out perfect and we are thrilled with it! Glenn was very helpful and patient every time I called him with questions. The installers were great to work with and were very careful to avoid damaging anything. They took their time at my house to make sure every detail was done right the first time. The price was competitive or lower than other bids I received. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I highly recommend Artistic Glass. Details: Artistic Glass was recommended by a friend after I checked numerous other glass companies and big box stores. The enclosures I found at big box stores were very difficult to install according to people I asked and they are not custom sized to fit my shower. I finally called Glenn at Artistic and he was able to answer all of my questions and get me a price quickly. I gave him a 50% deposit and the installers came out the next day to measure the enclosure. They took careful measurements and suggested I add 4 inches to the height of the glass enclosure (at no additional charge to the original quote). They were friendly, professional, and made me confident it would be done right. The glass was ordered and was ready for installation in less than 2 weeks. Glenn called me to set the install for 12/31. I told him I was not ready to install the enclosure because I was waiting on a friend to install a window above the shower (who I was going to pay). Glenn offered to pick up the window at the store I purchased it from, deliver it, and install it at the same time as the shower enclosure for an additional $75. I couldn't have been happier! The installers came over and did a terrific job. They installed the window and enclosure in a few hours. They took their time and didn't rush any of the details. They cleaned up everything thoroughly after they were finished. I cannot find a single thing to complain about. The glass fits my shower perfectly and is sealed everywhere. I would absolutely use Artistic Glass again and I can't say enough good things about my experience with them. My wife and I did most of this complete master bath remodel by ourselves. We found Artistic Glass to be great to work with and we also used Deluxe Granite for our countertops and Tucson Cabinets for our vanity and linen cabinet (who we were equally happy with).
