I explained the problem to the owner Brian over the phone. He talked me through the most likely problems, and I was able to fix the problem through his guidance. What a relief to have our water running again! I had Brian come out the next day to inspect the system. He offered ideas on ways to improve the system including recommended maintenance cycles. Brian was honest and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with them. I called him and he came the next day. He talked to me over the phone to help me diagnose what the problem was, so when he came out, he was prepared to fix it. He told me what to check. If he needed extra parts, he wanted to bring them with him when he came out. The price was reasonable. He was timely and he fixed it.

Brian arrived the day after we called him, early in the morning (after our former pump specialist failed to appear for over a week). He evaluated the situation accurately, gave explanations appropriate for our level of understanding of pump systems, confirmed that there was no current leak, and gave us some suggestions concerning what might have cause the leakage the week before. He also talked with us about the likelihood that our pump (now 12 years old) would need replacing within the next few years. At the end, he refused to charge us anything for his service call. Brian came across as very honest, capable and experienced. We discovered that Brian not only had a good recommendation on Angie's List, but that he was also known to and recommended by our next-door neighbor. Would use him again with no hesitation.

Brian came out five hours after I called him. He knew what he was doing and he got it done fast. I was impressed.
