When I asked for his licensing information he gave me a very dirty piece of paper with his licensing number on it. I spoke to an insurance agency to verify his license and it turns out he was using someone else's license number. The name and the dates on the piece of paper had been whited out and retyped over.

The original tree trimming went well but the sap from the mesquite trees where trimmed leaked onto the flagstone, walls and sidewalk. Dwayne Johnson spent a very short period of time trying to remove the sap. He basically just quit and became unresponsive. He was paid in full for doing the lighting but only did half the job. He will not answer my calls and is totally unresponsive. I had to hire another contractor to complete the work that I paid Dwayne Johnson and Arizona Tree Tech for. I will have to pay over $2000 to replace the flagstone that he ruined.

Everyone was on time, very polite & professional described in detail what would be done. Hard working crew, very thorough in every way. Have contracted with this company for 2x1yr general cleanup.

Can't say enough about quality of work, excellent arrived on time. Worked steadily cleaned up.
