I got 3 estimates and Arizona Tree was tied for the best price with one other. They were a recommendation from my neighbor and on Angie's List, so I went with them. I, also, found the estimator to be very knowledgable and easy to talk with about the work to be done. They broke down the tree jobs so I could pick and chose the ones I wanted to get done. The office staff was very pleasant to deal with. The team came on time, explained their job to be done, and did the work in a timely manner. The trees look great. I have two huge mesquites and several large ones. They hauled off all the debris. I will use them again.

The workmen arrived shortly after 7am. Very polite, professional, and willing to answer all our questions. They were quick about removing the lemon tree, then dug holes for the 2 ash trees while waiting for them to be delivered. Once delivered the new trees were planted promptly and well. We asked to keep the large plastic boxes the trees came in so the workers put them back together and even did a minor repair on one of them. They cleaned up all debris and did a very nice job of leveling the rocks where they had been working. I will definitely use them again.

Contractor showed up as scheduled, performed the work in about 6 hours. Job estimator appeared on site to be sure workers knew what to do. All cuttings were fed into chipper. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. The trees look great; they did not over-prune. I'm pleased with the work and will use this company again.

Ron and his crew were great. Kept me informed throughout the whole process. Extremely responsive to my concerns. Set up a flexible payment plan that allowed me to get all the work done at once - I was so pleasantly surprised and appreciative. Couldn't ask for more than that. I have already recommended their service to several friends. You won't be disappointed.

They are prompt and have reasonable prices. They do excellent work. They did it well.

The price was twice as much as what we thought it should have been, therefore, we expected twice the amount of work to be done. They showed up on the day expected and the telephone scheduling was great. The people we dealt with over the phone were very professional. In terms of communication when the work was actually being done, the arborist could have done a better job. I was not there when they started the work, so I am not going to rate their punctuality, but I will say that when I showed up to inspect the work, they were on break and just sitting in the driveway. I asked a couple of questions about the work and they were not very good in terms of feedback. They left large pieces of mesquite in the tree and overall, they just didn't do a very good job, especially for the amount of money that we paid.

THE WORKERS HAD DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE A LITTLE ON THE MORE EXPENSIVE SIDE BUT THEY HAD DONE AN AMAZING JOB ON THE TRIMMING. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY A ARBORIST AND A RETIRED TREE SERVICE WORKER.
