Very good job and the cleaned up after themselves

They were great. They came right out to see what I needed done and completed the work to my satisfaction.

The only problem was they showed up 5 hours late the first day. Didn't show up the next and didn't call until 4:4 Finally finished the 3rr day. Did about excellent job I think they need more help.

I used Home Advisors to request estimates to replace an old electrical breaker box. Almost immediately Jennifer from Az. Southwest Solar called. She was friendly and polite, even accepted my offer to text pictures of my box. A second company contacted me, but before I could hang up, Jennifer texted back with a reasonable estimate for the work. Ed Ortiz arrived a couple of days later. He was a few minutes early and much nicer than he had to be. He even determined the job would not be as complicated as he thought, and said the bill would be adjusted accordingly. He was knowledgeable and worked efficiently while chatting and sharing stories with my watchdog husband. He did have to leave for a short time to buy the needed parts. He left the work area clean of debris. It was a pleasure to hear an employee speak so highly of his employer, and he seemed proud of the companyâ s leadership, growth, and standards. We appreciated a job very well done and will keep Arizona Southwest Solar in mind for any future projects. We highly recommend this company.

Communication was a nightmare, the work they did do was pretty good, but not what was promised in the contract. They never finished the job, I am having to hire another company to come in and complete their work.

Timely professional but the installer left without installing a switch controlling our A/C. We had an uncomfortable afternoon in 108 temp Owner came out the next day to crorrect the problem Also the outlet attached to the panel was dangling and loose. But the owner had it redone

I reduced the rating for customer service by half a star because I was told they wouldn't be able to show up at my house until Wednesday but showed up at the front door at 7:30 Monday. Needless to say we were not ready to see anyone that early unexpectedly. We were glad that they did take a good look at the problem and were able to give us a bid for the required repairs.

Jason was quick to respond to my request and was at my house the following morning, determined the problem, quoted the repair and fixed the problem the next day. Outstanding service!

Josh was up front with what he would do and he did it. He had to open a wall to get to the wire but he did this carefully.

I cannot trust the electrical manager, he tells you one thing and does another. Always wants to be paid cash or if you do a cashiers check he wants his name on it as well, something fishy about that process! They do not have receipts after you pay them on the spot, they always send you one by email a few days later. Be very careful with the electrical manager Shane Still, makes appointments that he does not honor, does not show up when he says he will!

Although they never showed up on the original scheduled date, when the owner of the company found out about this issue he quickly contacted me and sent out one of his crew to my house to perform an inspection. The backstory is that I had my system installed by a company out of Phoenix (Baker Solar) and for about 4 months I was unable to reach them to service my system. After such a long time with no response and giving up on the company completely I decided to reach out to a local Tucson based company and I found Arizona Southwest Solar and Electric, LLC. They were able to quickly verify that the system was in good working order. Luckily they did not need to do any additional work. Apparently Baker solar had come out to my place and performed a repair one week before I had called Arizona Southwest Solar and Electric, LLC to come out to my house. Overall I feel that Arizona Southwest Solar was trustworthy and is who I will contact in the future if there is any new work that my system needs.
