Arizona Service Plumbing

I called twice to arrange service on a small job but no call back. Nothing. Nada. My guess is they are not interested in small jobs. I will try someone else.

The work was done within 3 days of me calling.. It took less than an hour. I was completely satisfied.

Though don't use garbage disposal often my old unit had a severe leak and had to be replaced. My plumber was neat, prompt, efficient -- in short, all I could ask for. As a result of my first experience, the company is my first choice in providing me an estimate on replacing a aged, noisy water heater.

Steve arrived to install 2 bathroom faucets. He was very courteous and professional. It had been raining that day so he carried a cardboard slab to place in his work area so as not to soil the floor or area rug. He is very knowledgable and did the work expeditiously but correctly performing the job. After completing the job, he cleaned the work area and left it spot less!! His price was reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate one minute to call him again for another plumbing project!!

Our guest bathrrom became flooded when the tank on the toilet leaked overnight, we knew enought to get the tolet emptied and pulled out of the room, cleaned the mess and started looking for a plumber. I went to Angies List and Arizona Service Plumbing came up as the first on the list. I called Mr. Steve Gopp who answered the phone in just a few rings. I explained our circumstances and that we would buy a replacement toilet but could he put it in for us. He said he would be out between 9 and 10 the next morning and showed up exactly at 9 am . He istalled the new toilet and gave my husband a few lessons on the newer toilet installs and tools to use. I can't say enough for Mr. Gopp's professional and friendly attitude and demeanor, he has our recommendation for any plumbing need - and he honored the 15% discount for being a member of Angies List! Steve arrived on time and was very personable, professional and competent. He got the job done (new sink and kitchen faucet) within a few hours. Would definitely recommend.

After I contacted Steve Gopp, the owner of Arizona Plumbing Service, he told me he needed to finish two short jobs and would come as soon as they were done. He was at my place within 1.5 hours, which is an excellent response time. The reason that I called Steve was because we had an excessively high water bill this month and I asked him to help me find the possible source of the problem. Steve was very nice, very professional and helped me eliminate all potential sources of leakage outdoors (which is what I asked for). Steve is a very personable guy and I have no problem giving him an 'excellen't recommendation. He seemed to really know his business and he was friendly and listened carefully to all I had to say. A good listener is worth a lot in my opinion. You won't be sorry if you call Steve.

The day before I had to go out of town for work I noticed a pretty decent leak on my outdoor water pipes. I called Mr. Gopp based on his Angie's List rating and he made a guess as to the issue and said he could come out in the next hour or so, which he did so responsiveness and promptness were spot on. He determined that it was the anti-siphon valve where the irrigation water supply ties in to the main water supply. He offered to go to the local Ace to get the part, which I approved and he had it all changed out within a short period. Professional, courteous, and respsonsive. All good in my book!

I called him this morning and he was on another service call. I talked to him and told him the problems I was having. He said he would come by and take a look once he was finished. He was not able to fix the jam, and the old disposal was a lost cause. As a result, he replaced the entire garbage disposal unit with a newer version of what was in there already. He held to his word with everything he said, and showed up right on time. He was very honest and upfront about the whole situation. He was very efficient and knowledgable with his work. I found his prices to be well worth the quality of his work!

Steve came out very soon after our call. We had started with the toilets and found they were not put i properly. He was short work of correcting the problems and installing our new ones and a bath room faucet. Very pleasant to work with and all good work. He will becoming back to work on shower.

Steve arrived promptly, saw the issue - looked for the best place to connect to the gas source, bought the needed parts and adaptors, hooked it all up and made sure it worked.

Steve was very personable and extremely knowledgeable/professional. I probably could have done the work myself (in three days and with lots of water leaks) so I figured I should call a plumber. Based on Angie's List reports, and his offer of a 15% discount on the service call, I chose him. After speaking to him on the phone, we arranged a mutually convenient appointment. He showed up on time and got right to work; he wasted no time throughout the job. Also, he isn't afraid of dogs, and I have two big ones, so that was a plus. He didn't charge for the 45 minute round trip to the plumbing supply store to get the needed parts, and didn't mark-up the cost either. Overall, the experience was excellent. I highly recommend him and will steer as much business as possible to him.
