Was pleasant courteous and efficient. All in all considering the circumstances he did very well would grade him an A.

He's amazingly inexpensive and does quality work. Anytime I need plumbing, I'll call him. He also came right out the day after we called him. He lives closeby, which is nice.

Steve arrived on time, and was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about the problems in the bath. The part for the sink faucet was not common so he made a trip to locate it and quickly had the faucet working properly. I am not sure how much water we used in the toilet which would not shut off, but I'm sure our water bill will be significantly lower. I discussed another project with Steve and even though he is not located close to our address, I plan to request his services again. I discovered Steve on Angies List by reviewing many plumbers, and found that he was the only one I discovered who responded to every comment on Angies. I thought that anyone who took the time to respond to each comment must care about his customers opinions. From my experience, I can state that I was correct!

toilet installation was efficient and left no mess

Steve Gopp was very good. We have recommended him to my daughter and we would recommend him to anybody. He answered the phone when I called, for one thing. We set up a time for him to come and he called us before he got here. He was early as I recall. He’s very professional and he explained everything. His work was excellent.

As I mentioned above, work and service was professional and courteous. Provider wasn friendly and helpful in answering my questions, etc.

Steve is a professional. He was very responsive and quoted me a reasonable estimate. He made a Herculean effort to find replacement valve to repair the old one, but convinced me to replace it with a newer one. He showed up at the agreed upon time and expertly installed the replacement parts. He had to cut a small hole in the drywall to do his soldering, but was able to use the same piece of dry wall to cover the hole. It looked good. My wife was very happy with the installation. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. I will call him in the future if he is available. I am a very satisfied customer.

This is the third time I've had Steve do plumbing work in my house this year. Each time he is very responsive by phone, shows up on time, does the work carefully and well, and charges a very reasonable price for his time/labor. He goes out of his way to make sure that the job is done right. If you need an experienced and reliable plumber who will install faucets, repair leaks, put in toilets, replace water filter system components, etc (all tasks that he has done for me), he is the right person for the job. It is a pleasure doing business with him, something that is rare in my experience with many other similar vendors.

I have an old house. The faucets in the bath tub had been leaking for quite a while. Steve made trips to various hardware supply stores to locate parts that would match my plumbing and than reinstalled the faucets. I am leak free for the first time in a very long time. My toilet had to be reinstalled after getting new ceramic tile. Again, my plumbing is very old and Steve had to find a compatible flange because parts of the old one were broken and he had to bring it up to level with the new floor. He also cleaned out and installed a new drain pipe for my sink. I had taken a lighting fixture down from the wall in the process of repainting and stripping wallpaper in my bathroom. I couldn't get the light back up because a screw wouldn't come through the hole far enough and I was going to have to call my electrician to come out and put it back. Steve took the time to do this for me as well and saved me about $80. Other estimates I got for doing this plumbing job were as high as $800+ dollars. No one could have done a better job or been more professional.

Steve has done several projects for me and I've never been less than thrilled with both his demeanor and the quality of his work. I highly recommend Arizona Service Plumbing.

Steve did an excellent job!

He diagnosed the problem and changed the equipment out within the tank. He also looked at some other things within the plumbing services and gave us advice.

Steve is friendly, flexible, professional. He answers his cell phone at odd hours (he told me he answers it unless he's gone to bed). He came out the next morning after I called. Although it wasn't an emergency, it was a major inconvenience to have almost no flow in the faucet, so the speedy response was great. I had tried cleaning the aerator, but the flow had not improved. When I tried turning off the water, the flow of cold water would not turn off, and the valve handle began leaking. Steve knew what was wrong immediately from my description over the phone, and he repaired it competently and efficiently. He did not draw out the process to maximize the time he could charge for. Steve made the process pleasant and his charge was reasonable. We would use Arizona Service Plumbing again, and would recommend Steve to our friends.

Steve was fantastic. Very professional on the phone. He arrived a few minutes early for the scheduled appointment and was incredibly pleasant. He even provided a cover to not dirty up our kitchen floor which was very thoughtful. In 20 minutes, he diagnosed and repaired our problem and made sure everything functions were working properly. Highly recommend Steve!!!

Steve called and said he was done with his other job, would it be ok to come early. Heck, yes! Steve arrived soon after and took a look. He said because they were Delta faucets, he would probably have most of the parts, if not, Ace Hardware was just down the street. He started taking apart the sink faucet, and I guess after 25 years of not being touched, it was pretty hard to get apart. Needless to say the shower was the same. Steve kept his good humor throughout the ordeal, and eventually, they both came apart. It turned out to be more then just the washer, which is usually the case in dripping faucets, so off he went to Ace. Back in a jiffy, with 2 new parts, he fixed them both, and no more drips!!! Very pleasant, and professional, a great experience, which seems to be hard to come by in this day and age when dealing with businesses. I thought the price was very reasonable, especially since he had to work so hard in getting the old faucets apart. He did NOT mark up the parts from Ace. Highly recommend!

Steve, was very professional and considerate of my needs and budget. He was on time, and performed the task quickly and went out of his way to go purchase additional materials I needed for the repair. Service was great, price was exceptional.

Steve was great. He answered my call the same day and was able to accommodate my schedule to promptly come out and fix the problem with my toilet. He was very polite and professional and fixed the problem in record time. Price was reasonable and competitive. Just an all round good guy. I have his card and will be calling on Steve for future plumbing issues.

Arizona Service Plumbing performed the work within a reasonable time and price and things appear to be working fine now. Steve was good to work with and we would use his services again. We surely can't say that for Premier Faucets (this is the second replacement in just over a year) or Granite Transformations (who sold the original faucet and installed the first replacement faucet but refused to stand behind the second replacement.) Having paid for the initial installation we feel the customer should not have to continue paying labor charges for defective materials ... but that's another story and not at all the responsibility of Arizona Service Plumbing. No one wants plumbing issues, but it's nice to find someone like Steve who does the work with a professional attitude, seems very efficient, and is pleasant to work with as well.

Steve did a great job and was a joy to work with. He returned calls, showed up when he said he would, and even picked up the new toilet and disposed of the old one for us. That he did all of this while I was out of phone and only available by phone was even more impressive.

Steve is a good plumber who is considerate and does work promised quickly and well. We will definitely keep him on our short list of preferred providers.

I called Steve to set up an appointment to install a new garbage disposal. He happened to be close by and just finishing up another job so he was at our house 45 minutes later. He was friendly, fast and efficent. He even disposed of our old unit and fixed the sprayer on the sink. We plan to call Steve for any future plumbing needs.

The whole experience went extremely well. He was timely, highly competent, explained what was needed, and got the job done well. Each item presented some unique issues when he got started, and he solved them to finish each task. Very reasonable pricing and very friendly, helpful service. Would definitely recommend him for plumbing repairs and will use this vendor again.

Steve was completely honest and professional and inexpensive! I wish he did more besides plumbing, I would use him for everything!
