Billy Terrazas is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR I have ever met in my life. He does not complete projects on time, pull permits when necessary, supervise ongoing projects, or Answer his telephone. I gave this company a HUGE job to do. It was a complete remodel with structural changes. There was no communication with Mr. Terrazas unless it involved me writing a check more often than not he would not even answer text messages until days later if at all. No communication with his crew or foreman. He wouldn't even return his sub-contractors calls for job completions. When problems arose it was impossible to get ahold of him. He was almost a month late on "completion" of the project because he would pull workers from my jobsite and send them other places. Claimed that a worker from the window place "stole" his money for the windows which is why It took a month after move in to get windows installed, and only because I went and purchased them myself. There was never any cleanup of the property after construction I had to do it myself. A few months after completion of the project there are details that should have been addressed but were not discovered until a few months later. when this is communicated to both Mr. Terrazas and his foreman, there is no response from either. No professionalism, no integrity. Evidently, NO WARRANTY. FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. Updated 1/20/2021 This is in addition to my previous review this is update on the work that was done by Mr. Terrazas and his crew. I waz forced to file a complaint with the ROC Board. As it turns out there were no permits pulled from my work either that were required from the county unfortunately nobody showed up when the ROC scheduled an inspection to review the work that had been done not one person not Mr. Terrazas, nor his Foreman. During the inspection there were many errors, not only with cosmetic details but structural as well such as the space between the wall and new window being filled with clear silicone because the wall was cut too much, It has been a huge NIGHTMARE working with this company. Update as of 3.4.2021: After the Registry of Contractors advised him of the several violations and incorrect work that needed to be remedied, Mr. Terrazas simply DID NOT COMPLY. He never contacted me after the findings to repair and replace. Mr. Terrazas has now had a formal legal complaint filed against him by the ROC board and is in danger of having his license suspended or revoked. Now, we are awaiting a court proceeding.

They did an outstanding job. Wore mask.all safety precautions were met. worked with our insurance I highly recommend them thank you Bill

No one ever showed up for an inspection/estimate. Claimed they would be here on Sunday 10am to noon. It’s now 1pm and no one showed. No calls. No one picked up the phone when I called.

It was great. They did a good job. They were on time and very nice. I was happy with the work that they did. Price was reasonable.

Everything went as scheduled. Very professional will use again.

All done on schedule and with no problems at the end. When asked to redo a floor tile area for more slope to the drain, the team complied quickly and perfectly. Dust was minimal everyday, even during demolition and crew cleaned up very well. Very happy with the completed projects. Communication with company owner and lead staff was timely and professional.

Billy and his team were great. Very professional and did awesome work. We did the kitchen through Lowe’s and then hired Billy on his own to do the bathroom because we were so happy with the kitchen.

We absolutely love our 2-story home addition, which included a master bedroom suite, downstairs powder room, laundry room and garage. We are exceedingly happy and feel that we got amazing value on the construction and finishes.

Purchased a security door from Lowe's. Nearly impossible to set up the installation with installer Bill from this company. Finally after weeks of trying to contact the installer, who lost our phone number, he showed up to install the door. Why he couldn't contact Lowe's to get the correct number, is a bit baffling. The door was improperly installed. There are gaps, no weather stripping, lots of places for bugs to get in the house! What's worse, the installer spoke to my wife in a patronizing, sexist way. I called Lowe's, and they decided to send another installer, who turned out to be a real professional. He told me that as soon as he drove up to the house, he saw that the door had been improperly installed. He came back the next day and took about two hours to reinstall. A crew of 3 men from Arizona Restoration Experts LLC showed up to install the windows. One of the men told me they had expected 4. They did not bring tarps or other protective coverings and walked across my white carpet with dirty work shoes, knocked plaster on the carpet, and put their tool kits directly on the carpet. When they finished one Hunter blind would not raise properly, two concrete blocks on the outside of my home were broken (about 4" x 4" each), there was a 3" scrape/gouge in my hardwood floor which had just been refinished, the windows had not been cleaned (3 windows are 20 ft off the ground and I cannot clean them), and I was left with the carpet mess to clean up. I complained to LOWES and they had Arizona Restoration Experts LLC contact me for corrective action. Billy came to my house to examine the damage and we settled on the following corrective actions: Billy would have a crew at my house on 10/31/14 at 8 AM. Billy himself would see to fixing the blind so that it would close. His company would repair the outside block and repair the inside drywall that was damaged on installing the windows. We agreed that he would pay up to $125 if I could find professional window cleaners and if not his people would clean the windows. I later found a professional window cleaning service, called Billy and he told me to have the work done, pay them and he would write me a check when he was there on 10/31. I forgave the carpet cleaning and the parquet floor gouge. I was afraid the fixes would be worse than the original damage. At 8 AM on 10/31/14 Arizona Restoration Experts did not show. At 11:30 I called Billy who said he had been delayed and would be there between 12 - 12:30. At 12:30 a young man (not Billy) showed up. He repaired the outside block and the blind pull. Then he brought out a hand trowel and a container of spackle. I asked what he was doing and he said he was repairing drywall. I told him to put down a tarp or other protective covering to keep the wet spackle out of the carpet. He said he didn't have any and didn't actually know why he was there except that Billy had given him an emergency call saying to get out to our house. I opened a brand new LOWES tarp and put it on the floor where he was going to work. A few minutes later he asked me how I liked his "drywall repair". It looked like he had spread butter on bread. I asked where the texture was. He said he didn't know anything about texture. He finally borrowed a sponge from me and "patted" at the wet spackle to give it some sort of texture. It didn't match the rest of my wall. As he was leaving he told me I would have to sand the spackle after it dried. I still have not seen my check for $55 for the window cleaning that was supposed to be reimbursed on 10/31. Good Trick-or-Treat, huh? Trick was on me! I have complained to LOWES, who have promised to make this right. DO NOT USE ARIZONA RESTORATION EXPERTS LLC. In my opinion they should drop both "Restoration" and "Experts" from their name. They are in Arizona, that's the only part that fits.
