A chronology of events best illustrates what happened: 3/12/2015 Owner comes out to discuss job. Recommends some actions for insect control and discuss new work. Seems very knowledgeable. 3/20/2015 After repeated requests, a quote is finally received. 3/20/2015 I agree to work statement and price and tell them to start work. 3/27/2015 Advised cleanup work to start 4/2 around 1 PM. 4/2/2015 Crew arrives 3:45 PM with no idea of scope of work committed by owner. Crew works until dark without finishing. 4/2/2015 Called owner. Says rest of cleanup will be performed with 4/11 or 4/18. 4/20/2015 After no communication from owner, I cancel new work and request cleanup be completed by 4/23. 4/23/2015 Crew arrives in PM, rushes through most of outstanding work and leaves without another word to me. The cleanup work was never completed as committed by the owner on 3/12. The infested plant was not sprayed as promised. The growth impinging on the driveway was not trimmed. Bottom line: Communications were abysmal. Owner talks a good game, sounds very knowledgeable about plants and landscaping but fails to meet commitments and didn't communicate well with me or indeed even his crew for the 4/2/2015 work. Great. They planned and executed the project on time and on budget.

I'm very happy with them. They're timely and they have a good work crew. There are normally 3-4 people in my yard for normally 3-4 hours. They remove all the debris. They do irrigation as well. They do recommendations too, they help me figure out my whole backyard and advise which plants are low maintenance that flower at different times during the year.
