Well done! I was impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection and apparent knowledge of the inspector. As it turns out, I do not have a rodent problem (whew!) but do have a lizard living under the home. Inspector (Stephen) gave me steps to have my handyman take to hopefully prevent future occurrences. Although there is no evidence of termite activity or history of such, I also signed up for an annual termite inspection as a preventative measure.

These folks did a great job. Came out and inspected the whole house, then another guy came and treated. Prompt and efficient and explained what they were doing and using every step of the way

They were very good. They showed up on time, they were professional, and they were friendly. I think they did a very good job. overall experience , I will give them an A.

They did call me and made an appointment. They were on top it, they called within a couple days of me purchasing the deal. The day before they were supposed to come out, I had to cancel. We are waiting to reschedule.

Ryan, the Service Technician, is very punctual and professional. Explained what he would be doing, and completed the work promptly.

It seemed to be fine, but several weeks later I discovered an area in our hardwood floor which they did not treat properly, and it got substantially worse in those few weeks. They were very prompt, however, in coming back and doing the job right at no charge.

They had fast response. They were very good, on time and very professional.

The thing that most impressed me was the character of both Ray, one of their state certified inspectors and Robert the technician. Integrity and honesty describe them. Ray also did a very thorough inspection for termites. We are very grateful for them both. .

The service is good, the only problem we had is we called only for a 1 time service and they put a lot of pressure on trying to sell the annual plan but then they agreed that they would do just the one time service and we were very happy with that.

They showed up on time, completed the spaying and were out in no time. Very polite and competent.

Stephen was very through and informative. You can tell when someone really likes what they are doing - and as a result he's very good at what he does. He explained, took a video and advised me of other things that I might want to fix in my crawlspace. I feel very confident that he will provide excellent and knowledgable service in the future. Courteous and prompt, also. Sandi was also very prompt in replying to my email and we were quickly able to get the appointment set up with a few emails.

He came out the same day I called about an hour earlier than I expected. Called first. He looked at the situation and climed up and sprayed and followed it up with residual treatment. Said to look Monday and call if there are still bees up there and they will come out and do a second treatment (included in the previous price.) They were a hundred bucks cheaper than the minimum price of another well-known company that I contract with for termite/other insect control. I was very pleased. Chris was friendly and professional.

It was fine. I needed further prevention going beyond the initial visit and so I need to pay more which what I had setup for a program to try eliminate the pest. They pretty much got rid of the problem I had. I think I still have some but my main concern was in my garage which I did have a door that I had to have replaced which did help the situation but I think we were satisfied enough with the progress that we stopped the service. I think they kind of want you to keep it for a year but we didn’t feel that was necessary.

Couldn't be happier with the work and attitude. The tech suited up ( and yet still got stung a few times on the face ) and while we would have liked not to kill them it was necessary.

The estimator and the technician were both here exactly when they promised and were very courteous and professional. Both knew what they were doing and finished in an appropriate amount of time. We signed up for continuing service.

I actually signed up with them for a contract. They were timely and professional and their prices were competitive. They did follow-up calls and I would recommend them to anyone. They even call before they come. They set up some traps for gophers, which came with an additional cost.

We were fortunate to have Chris Moreno as our inspector. He took the time to educate us in addition to the treatment. We are pleased with Arizona Pest Control and have chosen them for long term pest control treatment. Thank you, Chirs.

The service turned out very well. The individual that inspected was very polite, and luckily he found nothing, but he was very thorough and we appreciated the service. We may use them again in the future, if we find any sign of termites. The big deal price was a definite bargain.

On time (early actually). Very courteous and professional. Visit one was to view the house and exterior and discuss options for long-term care, which equated to a one year agreement to treat my home and yard. Reasonably priced. Second visit the following day was to spray.

I can?t say enough good about Arizona Pest Control. They saved us in a dire emergency situation when we were having complete wall-to-wall flooring put in our home. Within minutes before the flooring installation crew arrived, I discovered the evidence of dry wood termites when removing a carpet piece in a bedroom closet. As additional carpet was removed, several other places showed the traces of sub-terrain termite activity. What to do? An eager crew ready to install flooring and a termite problem! After reviewing Angie?s List, we read were Arizona Pest Control has received ?A? ratings and has been in the business many years. They responded to our call for help immediately. Kenny arrived as the inspector to evaluate our problem. With treatment crews available, in minimum time, Travis, Hector and Dan arrived and treated the problem areas plus initiating a complete house treatment. Everyone one of these technicians was very professional and polite in every way. The floor installation folks were able to continue with their work without a significant disruption in their work plans. The thorough and extensive application of termite control materials was impressive. And when they were finished, the clean-up was as if they had never been here. Travis had to return at a later date to finish areas that had been obstructed by other materials and did a fantastic job throughout. He has plans to enter another career field, so this company will lose a top notch individual. Termites are the cleverest creatures. Look very closely in, under, and around those dark hidden places.
