Description of Work: Preventive pest control.

Description of Work: I had noticed a swarm of bees around my shed and called them. Service technician arrived within the hour of course the bees were gone by then. He inspected the shed and explained that they were just a "scouting party" and found it unacceptable for their needs and had moved on. There was no charge and he left me their card and said call anytime. Appreciated their integrity and would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: They removed a small swarm of bees from a tree on my property. The service was good and they were prompt. They worked to fit me into the schedule on a Saturday. The do kill the bees to remove them, I had hoped that they could be removed unharmed.

Description of Work: I did not end up using them. However they helped me solve my issue free of charge or sales pitch. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. If I needed service I would call them in a heart beat.

Description of Work: Arizona Pest Control responded quickly for help with a swarm of wasps. They provided a quote over the phone and performed that service the same day. The final price was what they quoted and I was very happy with their service.

Description of Work: They did the job that was expected, but the pricing was "I have to check" They tell you what you want to hear at the time, not what is going to be. I would not be using them again. Tooooooooooo confusing.

Description of Work: they treated my house for a cricket problem. They came twice and I haven't seen (or heard!) one since!

Description of Work: Originally, I had Josh handle a bee problem and a week later to do an annual bug spray inside and out. He did a good job of taking care of the bees and later spraying around the house, but he didn't clean up the dead bees or a couple of spray can nozzles and top. I also had AZ Pest do a termite inspection and treatment. Dave and Juan were excellent and thorough. When Juan was done, he explained and showed me everything he did. I certainly would hire AZ Pest again because of the thorough job they do and because their prices are relatively reasonable.

Description of Work: The inspector checked in our attic for signs of pack rats, and didn't find any. He also inspected the exterior of the house. He told us to trim the trees that extend over the roof because they provide direct access to our roof.
