Description of Work: There is no better organization in as far as boots on the ground service. The back office for the company is condescending and harassing, and would have driven me from their service, were it no for the caring and attentive follow up from the owner.

Description of Work: We use AZ pest control on a bi-monthly basis. Our technician is really nice and he takes good care of the house and garage to make sure no bugs get in! I think he does a great job because I rarely see a spider or a scorpion in or even near the house - so that is definitely worth it to me!

Description of Work: A rep came out to discuss needs and did a thorough walk through of the property to develop a service contract...lots of observations and education. Then a technician is assigned to carry out the plan. They are both committed to being available for any questions or problems between service dates,even providing their cell number. The company calls with an appointment reminder before each service. If you need to call the company for any reason, they are just as helpful and professional, and will make sure you get what's needed.

Description of Work: He just sprayed the corners and not along all the walls. He couldn't identify an insect that was in the house. When we were called to see if we were satisfied the sales person wasn't interested in hearing our concerns, just wanted to sign us up for annual services.
