Description of Work: Three very capable cleaners came, listened to my needs, and did their jobs without fuss. I'm very happy with the quality of their work and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The first date for cleaning was cancelled and then rescheduled by the company. The cleaners showed more than 2 hours later than scheduled. I called the owner to cancel, as the cleaning crew showed up. The women who cleaned were lovely and cleaned thoroughly, so I probably would use them in the future; however, I appreciate promptness and at least a phone call to let me know if there will be a delay in service.

Description of Work: They needed to be told what to do every step of the way when my yard does not need that much explanation. I asked them to clean up a large area along my drive, they returned in 10 mins telling me it was done, it would have been hard to even evaluate what needed to be done in the area in 10 mins. Apparently natural means leaving the dead branches and mistletoe in the trees. They left still owing me an hour (3 men for 1 hour) but then I was tired of holding their hand.

Description of Work: My house was very dusty, and they did a great job cleaning the rooms involved. (They did not do the entire house, which is bigger than the 2200 sq ft covered in the deal, so that was expected.) The team was very nice and thorough.

Description of Work: Provider was located over 200 miles away I thought they were local as advertised by Angie's List. Arizona Elite Cleaners responded very quickly that I needed to contact Angie's List to get a refund because I wasn't in their cleaning area. Angie's list said at first they had a 30 day refund policy and I couldn't get a refund. I didn't see that policy any place when I bought the service and that upset me. I did get the refund because there wasn't another cleaning service in my area other wise no refund. I would never use Angie's list again for anything. But the cleaning service replied to me within a couple of hours of my trying to set up an appointment. They were very professional

Description of Work: I give this company a B due to a little bit of confusion that occurred getting them on the base the morning of the service and due to the additional $20 I was told to pay after they had finished cleaning the home. My recommendation is that when they do the initial walk-thru of the home or sometime shortly after starting the cleaning (within the first 30 minutes)the customer is contacted to be made aware of any additional charges. Other than that, the 3 ladies were very friendly, but it didn't seem to speak English that well. In the end it all worked out.
