Description of Work: They called to see if they could come a day early(!) and we said yes. The team was fast, efficient and thorough. Our house never looked so good. The folks worked hard and cleaned some areas that hadn't been cleaned in years. This was an Angie's Big Deal, originally priced at $199 with the clear statement that a house over 2500 sf would be more. The additional $50 was more than fair. Thanks to the team for a great job.

Description of Work: Nothing ...unwilling or unable to negotiate a date for service despite the fact that I gave her/them or requested service sometime between May 10th and June 10th. The person on the phone was not very pleasant ...seemed angry with Angie's List. Bad experience!

Description of Work: They performed a general house cleaning (six hours of labor). Sweep, mop, surface cleaning, etc. They were on-time and did a great job, the house looked great. Would certainly use them again and recommend to anyone else.

Description of Work: I had hired another company to do a move out clean up. That company emailed me that they don't "service my area" even though their ad said nothing about that limitation. Angie's List Customer Service put me in contact with Arizona Elite Cleaners. They were able to come a day early and did a fabulous job for $15 less that the other company. The bathrooms were especially sparkling. The stove & oven looked as if they had never been used. I was totally impressed. Please give my highest praise to the 3 ladies who did such a wonderful job. Description of Work: I realized after I bought this that I had used this group before. They had done a great job cleaning, but scheduling had turned out to be a nightmare (wrong dates, late show), so was a little hesitant to deal with them again. | |However, this time, requested appointment times online and we were able to get it scheduled. Group arrived on time; one lady remembering she had been there before and some of my preferences. They sent a team of 3 or 4 women and they did a thorough job, using their own ladders to clean light fixtures and corners. I was at work, they did not clean refrigerator as mentioned on offer, but my husband said one woman spent a lot of time cleaning the oven by hand. Did a wonderful job cleaning!

Description of Work: They did a very thorough clean of my house. They had a cancellation and wanted to come earlier than we had planned, which really worked out with my schedule better. For a week I kept finding things and places they had cleaned. They did a great job.
