It didn't! I got "stood up twice!

Where to start... I was moving out of a rental after purchasing a home and I had schedule another cleaning company a month prior with the date and time set. I showed up to the house early as I was going to have to clean the refrigerator and stove as the cleaning company did not include these items only with an additional cost. Our understanding was she would be paid after service is completed and I didn't need to pay early. Basically she said there was a miscommunication and she wasn't coming. So I looked on Angie's List again and found Arizona Elite Cleaners. I called and spoke with Mr Ortega explaining my desperate situation that I had to be out by the next day. Not only did he get me in on his schedule within a couple hours, they cleaned more than expected (for less)and more than the first cleaning company would have done after having to pay extra for the other cleaning companys "extra" work. The group of ladies that came over were fantastic to say the least. They communicated with me the cost and it was agreed but before that was even agreed upon the other ladies were already cleaning. I told the girl that I was staying so I can clean the refrigerator and the stove and she said that's part of their cleaning and included in the cost. I had to leave to do some other things for my move and they had no problem with that. When I returned and saw how well they were doing and observed they didn't have any water with them so I went and bought them some soda, bananas and of course a little chocolate. When I returned they were so appreciative because I knew they needed a break even if it was a minute but of course they didn't even take the break and just kept cleaning. They cleaned more than I ever expected, the stove, the refrigerator, the blinds, the walls, inside outside of the cabinets (again which was going to be an additional cost with the other cleaning company) and the final result ..the house looked fantastic and of course I had to give them a $30 tip (wish it could have been more). I have already recommended them to a few friends and I am planning on using them on a monthly basis, of course, once I figure out my budget after buying a house. I would love to have those same women come to my new home and keep it as clean as they did on the move out home. Thank you very much to Mr Ortega and his girls for without them I would have been lost.

Did not communicate very well although it did not matter they knew everything that needed attention and went beyond my expectations.

Excellent service provided by Elite Cleaners. They arrived exactly when promised and the 2 cleaners got to work immediately. All work was do ne professionally and their work was outstanding. They swept and mopped all floors, vacuumed all carpets, dusted everything, even cleaned kitchen and made SS appliances shine like new.

I thought I would never find what I was looking for in a cleaning company--I'd tried a couple of others who relied on checklists and specific instructions on every single step of the process--but to me, if I have to stand there and instruct folks how to clean, and what to clean, then you're not saving me time--I might as well do it myself! Arizona Elite Cleaners are the exact opposite--they come in and get right to work--I don't think I've seen my kitchen this clean since we had it remodeled. They know what needs cleaning, how to clean it, and how to do it quickly--what more could you need? I will be calling them back for more regular service.

Very impressed. I bought a package through Angie's List for a whole house cleaning. It was easy to schedule an appointment. A team of three ladies came out and did a great job! Very energetic. They cleaned stuff I never would have expected. My house looks great! I will be using them again in the future!

this was a special offer via Angie's list and it went very well. They contacted us with a date for the service and a possible earlier date, as it turned out, we got the earlier date. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job.

The cleaning job was excellent and the cleaners were very professional. My only issue was with the scheduling. I didn't know until 8:45 PM the day before the scheduled cleaning when the cleaners would arrive. Then they came an hour before the scheduled time. It worked out for me since I was home, but I'd have preferred more notice of when they'd come and an accurate time of arrival.

They're great. The women who show up are a little rough around the edges, but they do a superb job of cleaning. If you want somebody to do your laundry and make your bed, they're not the people to call. These are the people you call when you need your house vacuumed, your floors washed, your refrigerator washed. I have them come now every month or so and just do a cleaning. They're in and out in three hours. There's three or four of them and I asked to have the same team come back every single time. George the owner is extremely nice and very amenable and flexible with his scheduling. If something doesn't work for you last minute, he's very good about switching. The girls are very caring. They're sincerely, authentically caring people and honest as the day is long. They found this thing that looked like a diamond, but it wasn't. I have a lot of expensive things in my house and I don't worry at all. There's different levels of housecleaning and they're excellent in the deep cleaning part. They're trustworthy and timely. I would advise being there and telling them exactly what you want. They bring all their own stuff. You don't have to have any supplies. They're polite and nice. They're always on time.

Service arrived on time, immediately was provided direction and proceeded to cleaning. Work was done in a timely manner and above average as compared to other cleaning services. They were very thorough and would ask for direction if uncertain. Standard cleaning including shutters, ceiling fans, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, etc. We did not have them clean the refrigerator. We have already used them a second time and plan to book a monthly appointment.

It went very well. First off I was impressed with the communication. I was scheduled quickly. When a morning spot became available I was contacted and rescheduled. When they were running just a few minutes late they called to let me know. Three workers came. The one in charge went over what was to be done and checked to make sure there were no products that should not be used. Then they set about working and did a great job. Even vacummed out the two large foyer chandeliers without being asked. When a ceiling fan was found to be loose they got a screwdriver and tightened it. I recommend this company highly and will use again.

Awesome! I had called to arrange for move-out cleaning to assure the property was in move-in condition for the next occupant. I had used another provider a few months ago for deep cleaning and was left significantly disappointed in the performance and failure to clean areas that seemed pretty straight forward. While I was hopeful that Elite would be better, I was not holding my breath. From the moment the Elite team arrived, they were professional and took charge. I gave them a tour and pointed out the areas to focus on. The team was comprised of three woman and after approximately three hours, the job was completed. On inspection, I was shocked to see the extent of their cleaning. They cleaned areas I would not have even considered cleaning, such as behind the refrigerator and the top valance of the sliding glass door blinds. Where the previous cleaners had left the stove partially cleaned, the Elite cleaners had the inside of the oven spotless, and I mean spotless! It looked brand new. This team knew what they were doing. They were swift, professional, and focused on the job. I cannot say enough about Arizona Elite. Not only will I recommend them to everyone I know, I will be calling them to schedule routine house cleaning.

Arizona Elite Cleaners did an exceptional job. They cleaned ceiling fans and base boards. Bathrooms looked great. Refrigerator and oven were the cleanest I have seen in a while. I was very impressed when they used furniture oil on all of our dressers. Wouldn't hesitate hiring them again.

We purchased a $199 deep cleaning special through Angie's List. George was very prompt in responding and getting us scheduled quickly. Three wonderful women came at the scheduled time. Rosie reviewed the house with me, asking what areas and items needed to be left alone or given special attention. Then Rosie, Gabi and Gloria ---each very professional, polite, and diligent-- set to work! They worked together from one end of the house to the other, which was really nice because I could get things done on one side of the home, while they worked on the other. We had a lot of clutter (kids toys in random rooms, books and school work piled, household projects waiting to be started). I was expecting our 'clutter' to be neatly piled off to the side for me to organize and put away later, and the rest of each room cleaned. I was expecting typical cleaning. Instead, I got room makeovers! Books were shelved or straightened, toys went back to kids room, some items were moved/organized, and those small changes made a huge difference in the look and functionality of the room! I literally said, "Whose house is this?" when they were done! As far as the cleaning work itself, I've never seen better. These ladies work exceptionally hard and it shows--window sills, fans, floors, dusting, really getting under and behind furniture, polishing--metal, wood, appliances, getting hard water build up off, picking up and cleaning under everything! My oven looks like new, inside and out, and I am still delighting in finding things cleaned that I wasn't expecting like my brand new looking coffee maker and shining tea kettle this morning. You will not be disappointed with these wonderful ladies.

The crew arrived in time and worked extremely hard. They paid attention to every detail, e.g. cleaned the blinds and the fans blade-by-blade, scrubbed the oven etc. I was very satisfied with the work they did in my main house and would recommend this company to anybody. My only complaint is that although their ad stated that they'll deep clean areas up to 2,500 sq ft, they did not finish cleaning my guest house. Ageed, it is less well maintained than the main house ( boys will be boys), but the 2 areas together are less than 2,000 sq ft.

Team of 5 showed up and whirlwind of cleaning ensued.

They came in and got right to work. Despite my two dogs that are very sweet but have barking issues. Cleaned my master bedroom and bath, hallway and hallway bath, living room and kitchen/eating area. They were very quick but I have not seen anything yet that was not thoroughly clean. This was the second of what is going to be monthly cleans and I am very satisfied.

OMG-what didn't they do! :) I called at the last minute hoping for someone to help get my house cleaned for the holidays. They were there - six total professionals - or as my husband put it - a whole flock of elves! The house was cleaned - all of the bathrooms, the ceiling fans, even my silk plants that I don't remember to get to. Everything was spotless - and I was sooooo happy! Dusting, floors, vacuuming. I will use them again!

I can't say enough good things about the service. Three women worked hard for 4 hours and cleaned the place REALLY well. Just cleaning all the blinds in the entire house was a big job in itself. The bathrooms sparkle, the kitchen looks new, the floors clean and fresh, etc. etc. They were careful with all the STUFF that needed to be moved around to clean. I'd recommend the service and look forward to using them again.

The 4 women who came to clean were excellent with happy positive personalities. They cleaned everything and did it well. Could not have asked more. The only small problem was that the man who scheduled them had them coming early which was o.k. on the move in side but on the move out side, he wanted them to come 4 hours earlier than we scheduled when not everything was moved. He only notified the night before. However, when we told him that would not due he rescheduled the ladies to come only an hour earlier than our original time. Everything worked out and we would use them again.

i called Elite Wednesday to see if they would be able to service the house the same week (Real short notice). I was told they would call me later and let me know if they could fit me in. As promised they called back and told me they could get me in for 2pm on Thursday. The crew arrived on time and started the moment they arrived. They were all very professional and did exactly what I ask them to do. I just sat back and relaxed and waited for them to get done. When the crew was finished the house smelled fresh' looked super clean. They had me walk thru to make sure I was happy and they hadn't missed anything. The price was very fair and worth every penny. I will surely be using them again.

They did a good job. I think they could use a better vacuum cleaner on the rugs. My personal vacuum cleaner picks-up more. They also could clean the couch better by picking up the seat cushions and vacuuming. They did a good job of getting the dog hair off the couch. I would use their services again and have on a monthly basis.

I wasn't present for the cleaners, my friend was. She said they were professional and she didn't have to ask them to clean certain things as they were already on top of it. When I came home to a nicely cleaned house: fans and blinds too, I nearly cried. Life has been so hectic that cleaning my house is low on the priority list and this company did a great job. I just need to find out how much a regular service would cost as this was a one-off I needed in preparation for guests. I think the best part is that they kept in contact with me via text, and I appreciated that quick response that I could easily check when I was in and out of a secure building where no phones are allowed.
