It didn't. They took my money and never showed.

The 3 men showed up a half hour late. The appointment was for 7 a.m. They told me they stopped at a Circle K for drinks. They were very friendly and I showed them what I wanted done. I have an area of rocks with some kind of black fabric under it. I wanted it removed because grass and weeds were coming thru and I wanted the large aloe removed that was in the middle of it. They dug up the aloe and started pulling up the black cloth, this took a lot less time than I thought it would. Then they asked what else, I asked them to trim my over grown yellow Lantana. While 1 man trimmed the lantana another cleaned up the debris and a third man used a weed wacker to trim the weeds in my side yard. Everyone finished and cleaned up with about 5 minutes to spare.

George and his crew of two workers did a wonderful job trimming huge tree in front yard plus they trimmed everything in back yard which was a mess. Lots of weeds and bushes needed some loving care. Even trimmed large bush in alley where my gate was. They had to make 2 trips to the dump. They worked all day. They did a great, great job. My yard looks beautiful. This is the second time using their service. Will use them again. Price was more than fair for all the work they had to do. Thanks again George

He was not even helpful. He said that for him to come back he would charge me $200. It was okay but I was trying to figure out what was wrong with the system and that's why he was here; we can talk price later. He wasn't too enthusiastic. He didn't show up when he was supposed to. I called him; left a message and asked if he was coming today but there was no phone call until the night time. They weren't good at all.

It went fine. It was just the $99. They were very professional. They obviously knew what they were doing and had a lot of experience doing what they were doing. They did it quickly and thoroughly. They were actually early.

They were on time, very professional. My house has never looked this good. I will definitely have them come back another time.

The first day went well but they only worked 4 total hours, two hours each. They did get a lot done in two hours though. The second day they showed up an hour late and worked 8 hours, 4 hours each. Once again they did a good job. I was then told that they would not come back to finish the remaining 4 hours of work that I paid for. The paragraph below is how they justified not completing our agreement. Hi Michael, After consulting with employees and Angie's list. Its fair to say we completed services and promotion obligation. This promotion does not include digging trenches, a task that we should have charged you additional cost - its outside of the scope of this promotion. The trench they dug took less than a hour to complete, less than 1 hour out of 16. Not sure how a trench for landscape irrigation is out of scope of landscape work. They claim they consulted with Angie's list???? I am pretty sure that Angie's list would not tell them to not complete the work they got paid for. I paid for 16 hours of work and only got 12. Even though the 12 hours I got were good ones I can't recommend them.

3 ladies arrived promply and cleaned my house very well. The ladies were very nice.

I requested two additional pots of cactus be planted that were not planted. I requested two bushes be trimmed that were not trimmed. Weed whacking the weeds was not ideal. At the very least using a hula-hoe would have resulted in a better look and outcome since ultimately the weeds are still there, they're just flatter. As well, I paid for two hours and they were not on my property for two hours. Not even close.

Three women arrived on time and prepared to go to work immediately. It appeared that only one confidently spoke English, and she and I walked through the house to pinpoint items of interest and areas they should leave alone. They followed instructions very well. I then went back to work (I have a home office) and let them have at it. I had been injured an unable to clean for several months, and there were many areas that had been neglected for a while, so they had a big job to do. They cleaned everything in sight, made my formerly nearly opaque shower enclosure clear again, washed baseboards, cleaned blinds, cleaned everything that was on the counters, and did it all in about 3 hours. The place was spotless when they left, and I plan to use this company again for regular cleanings.

There was an issue with programming my irrigation system.

Things started out great with great email communication. Company set up time to do yard work. (June 22) No one came. I emailed back several times. No answer, until 7/7/2015. George called on the 6th and explained the problem he was having. I was ready to ask for a refund but thought I would give them a chance to see how there work was. George said they would be at the house at 6am to do the work. They were on time and did a great job. I am glad I gave them a second chance. Everyone needs a second chance. All the workers were friendly and did a great job. The yard looks great also. Will be setting up another time for them to do tree trimming and backyard work. Thanks again George for getting back with me to get the job done.

The owner and crew were very professional and friendly. They did a great job on my yard and I will definitely use their service again. They do a lot more than just landscaping, so hiring them again may be very soon! A++

Fabulous job! House has never been cleaner. 4 person crew came in and cleaned everything in sight. They were friendly, professional and had it down to a science. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Everything went fine. The women did a excellent job. I hope to be able to get them again.. It was a very nice experience.

Nothing was done by the provider. No contact with the customer. My credit card was charged for the full price of $199.00, but no cleaning was ever performed.

Supposed to give us an inspection of our irrigation system. Never spoke with them directly. Gave them the three days to contact us about the inspection, but had to change the Thursday AM to Friday AM because of a Doctor's appointment. Left them a cell phone number on Angie's List and then and also left them a message on their cell phone to contact us. Never heard from them at all.

Terrific!! This company is super efficient, work quickly, and do a fabulous job. I had used them before-this time was an Angie's List coupon.

all 4 workers were good, did all the cleaning to my 1 br rental condo I asked them to do.

These guys are fabulous!! The arrived on time, cleaned everything, and left. No futzing around-just excellent work!!

Scheduling the service with the provider was somewhat hit or miss requiring followup phone calls to their establishment to set a date (due to being understaffed.) The "Deal"(4hrs of house cleaning for $99)was quite popular and caused a flurry of business. They sent 3 cleaning ladies for 1 1/2 hours to fulfill the contract. The workers arrived on time with all their equipment and supplies, and went right to work after receiving scope, details, restrictions, of what was expected. They performed their tasks efficiently, with care and competency, 2 bathrooms, kitchen including cook-stove, living-dining rm, hallway, vacuuming 2 bedrooms, carpets, then taking up carpets and scrubbing the tile floors thruout--even cleaning 4 ceiling fans, baseboards, sliding door windows, kitchen venetian blind, and wooden cabinets. Rosie, the Spokesperson, was pleasant, outgoing , articulate, and savvy, providing a sense of everything that needed cleaning was 'cleaned.' In all fairness to AZ Elite Cleaners and Angie's List:This was my first time to 'hire' a service via Angie's List, and it was a time- consuming and unsatisfactory experience at best (even tho the service was satisfactory.) Because of the continued hassle in contacting,signing up, cancelling, joining (again), executing the deal, negotiating the website, experiencing the service, submitting the review, and the yet to be explanation of my reasons, I will probably not have the stamina to utilize Angies again. Manuele, Gabby and Gloria were outstanding. They checked to see what I wanted done and began immediately. Our home has never been so clean. They worked a little over three hours, each of them taking different areas of the home. They were professional, very careful. They took things out of the china hutch very carefully, cleaned and placed everything back in place. I have some very special antiques in our bedroom and they were very careful and did a wonderful job. I had been very ill and unable to do deep cleaning for a month and a half. They made everything shine. When they were finished they asked me to walk through and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I am already planning to set up another cleaning with them. The cleaning company arrived early and asked me what was important to be cleaned in the house (bathrooms, baseboards, blinds). They began cleaning right away in the master bathroom. Three ladies came to clean my house for one and half hours (I got the Angie's List deal). They were unable to clean the front two rooms of the house due to time, but what they cleaned looked great!! I was very impressed with how nice my bathrooms looked. I will definitely have them clean my house again!!
