As always, it was excellent! I wouldn't use anyone else. My rental property was a disaster when they arrived. When those hard working ladies left it was sparkling!

Professional, timely and provided good service. We had quite a few items that needed addressing. They did each service quickly and well

4 ladies worked 2 1/2 hrs. cleaning everything from top to bottom include. inside refrig. and oven. I am amazed at everything they cleaned. I am so happy because they got things cleaned that I have put off for a very long time. I am definitely planning to hire them for a routine cleaning visit.

From the start they told me they did not do move out cleaning. I explained more than once that this was my daughters house, that she lived there with room mates but that some of the rooms were empty, so cleaning in those rooms would be a fast vacuum and wiping of base molding...thats all no furniture to go around In my opinion an easier house to clean. Admittedly we were a little larger than what is allowed for the price but I told them to not clean 2 of the bedrooms. This brought the square footage well below the limit. They failed to show up on the scheduled day claiming they came by and no one was home but my daughter was there. They came later with the manager and finally came to a decision that my daughter did actually live there. Once they started in the kitchen they were wondering why there were dishes in the cupboards. They made here remove everything before cleaning. The house was clean but they didn't even get to mopping the floor. So after asking them to take a lot off of the list they weren't even able to clean the house fully. They did take the garbage out which was nice however instead of taking the bags of trash to the garbage cans they left them in back yard, I would not recommend this company. They were unprofessional and did a marginal job!

I purchased an Angie's Deal for this provider. My only real expectation was to have the backyard cleaned up and weeded as it was desperately needed. When I scheduled my appointment I detailed what I needed done and mentioned if there was time to "clean up the front a bit" but only if there was time as the backyard was the priority. I was out of town and spoke to the owner over the phone so wasn't there to oversee the maintenance that was done. When I pulled up to the house all I could say was "WOW"! The front yard looked fantastic. These big, overgrown sage bushes were all trimmed up and looking great which was a huge bonus. The backyard looked perfect. Not a weed in sight and just really cleaned up. Things I hadn't even thought of or mentioned were done and it really just looked fantastic. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

This was the worst experience with a provider we have had. My husband met with them when they started the job at 7am and asked the guy in charge to start with the back driveway where the weeds were knee high. He also asked the to blow out weeds and tree droppings. He agreed. I went by at 9:30 to check their progress and nothing had been done in the back driveway and all 3 workers were sitting out by their trailer. I was asked to provide cash for the dump fee and I did. The guys left shortly thereafter even though I had paid for them to stay until 11 (4 hours x 3 men). No more work had been done and they had not touched the back parking lot which both my husband and I had asked them to do before anything else! They had also not blown out the backyard. I also asked them to remove 2 bags of trash & they didn't even do that. I called the guy in charge several times right away at 11 and he didn't answer and the mailbox said it was full. Finally I received a text from him saying their time was up and they didn't have time to finish everything. This work has taken 4 hours in the past to do everything and he was telling me that they couldn't even do 20% of it in 12 hours! I told him the weeds could have been weed eated in 7 minutes and how hard was it to pick up those 2 bags of trash?! When I asked why they left early he said it was to go to the dump. So basically the 3 workers each left an hour early to go to the dump which should never had been done on my time so I lost 3 hours of landscaping! I the said they were all standing around prior to that when I drove up and he said the law entitles them to a break. They were breaking at 9:30 after 2.5 hours of work so between the 3 of them I lost another hour of work that I paid for when they should have taken their break at 11 when they were off of my job after 4 hours of work. I then asked why they even went to the dump on my time when they put the few trimmings they did into filling my personal garbage cans and where is the cash I gave them for the dump fee? So basically I got about 3 actual hours of labor from the company and I paid for 12. I will be showing Angie's list the pictures and asking them for a refund under their satisfaction guarantee.

After two no-shows by the provider the two man team arrived the date scheduled. The contract was for 12 man-hours of work. After 6 man-hours the team leader said they were done and departed. The provider has refused to refund 1/2 the price of the contract for work not preformed, "stating there was dumping fees." The provider has been unable or unwilling to show a receipt for the dumping charges.

Some items were returned to the wrong place and took me a long time to find them. Shoes in particular

Four cleaning persons worked together. Cleaned two bathrooms, kitchen, refrigerator, oven, master bedroom, office, family room & living room. Did hallway baseboards. Two ceiling fans.

The originally scheduled appointment wasn't met due to a scheduling mishap, but the company quickly re-scheduled for the next day and made amends by doing "a little extra" for us (a third bathroom). We were satisfied with this response. On the newly scheduled date. the 3 house cleaners arrived on time and got right to it. They worked swiftly and efficiently for 3 hours without a break and did a very thorough job. 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and additional storage, closet and laundry areas were all cleaned well. Deep cleaning process got up some deep dirt in areas in a few places that we hadn't been able to get rid of ourselves. Quite impressive. Overall we were quite pleased and would use this service again.

I can?t convey how unsatisfied my experience with this company is. Here are some lowlights: 1.) It took 2 weeks from date of purchase to schedule the cleaning. This caused me to have to rearrange the other companies working on the property. After they bailed on the job, I was able to find a service to come the next day. 2.) I asked specific questions on what was involved in cleaning the property. They verified that they would be able to clean the property and set a date. The response time was lengthy and in the end they changed their arrival time anyways. 3.) The day of the cleaning I received a message saying that they wanted to charge me an extra $120 to clean the residence due to ?excessive dirty or unsanitary condition" at the home. There was no mention of an extra charge for this or that they wouldn?t do the job at all. 4.) I called during my lunch break once I received the message, but didn?t receive an answer from them. I then went to the residence, during my lunch, to see what was happening, no one was there. I called again with no answer around 1pm. I didn't receive a reply until 9pm, via email, with them repeating the offer to do the work for the extra $120. 5.) In the phone message they initially left and the email I received at 9pm they kept mentioning that they had taken photos of my property. I have no idea why this was done or who they plan to share these photos with. Besides the poor customer service, this company left me in a lurch, as I had scheduled a painter and a repair man to come in the next day. The plans had to be changed at the last minute and others rescheduled, with no communication from this company. That evening my wife and I had to rush over and clean enough of the property for the painter to begin. We then were able to find a cleaning service to come the next day to finish cleaning. I repeat ?The Next Day?. Arizona Elite Cleaners is totally unprofessional, untimely and i wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Have used their cleaning service for several months now. Have been extremely satisfied with the service provided. Although, slightly more expensive than others, they're still competitive and the results have been top notch. Had previously used two other companies listed on Angie's list and they don't compare to Arizona Elite Cleaners.

The ladies arrived promptly and did an amazing job as always. I appreciated the way they all took a room and moved through the house together. They were very efficient, did an amazing job and were done in about two hours. I appreciated how quickly and beautifully they cleaned. We have two rescue dogs, one that gets very upset when people first come. We kept him in a separate room that was not being cleaned. Their efficiency made it easier on all of us. My husband and I both were very pleased. They are very nice, asked questions to see if I had any special needs. Very professional. Exemplary job! Doug and Judith Bobbitt

I bought a cleaning service deal through Angie?s list. I needed it for my rental property, to clean to prepare for new tenants. The deal was $199, and I made sure to check the fine print to ensure it could be applied to my empty rental property, which it did. I called the number to schedule the cleaning and left a message. No one called me back. I called two days later, and a man named George answered the phone. I explained that I had bought the Angie?s list deal and needed my empty rental property cleaned. He said, ?no problem? and that he would call me when he got back to the office to schedule me. He never called back. I called again the next day and talked to George again. He apologized for not calling me back and offered me a Wednesday and a Saturday time slot. I told him I needed the Saturday time slot because I can?t get out to the rental property to open it up during the week due to work. We confirmed for Saturday. They showed up on Wednesday, and left a card in the door stating we missed their appt. I called George back that day and reminded him we had scheduled for Saturday. He replied, ?Oh, we did?? He said he would have them come out on Saturday. George then called me the next day (Thursday) and stated that he had some customers reschedule to Saturday, so he needed to bump me to Friday. I said that did not work and reminded him I cannot go out to the property during the week due to work. He asked if there was a lockbox he could use and I said there was not. I expressed my frustration with him and his company and explained that if was unfair to me that because his customers rescheduled, now I am getting changed. I told him I was thinking about cancelling altogether and getting a refund because of the unnecessary time and energy it was taking to get the house cleaned. He told me they would make Saturday work and would be there at 8am. My husband was at the property at 8am on Saturday, and they had not shown up by 830. I called and left a message for George. I then noticed that I had a voicemail and missed call from them from 9pm the night before, asking to confirm Saturday. I called the woman back who left the voicemail, and she told me they decided not to show up because George said that I wasn?t sure I wanted them to come. I told her that that was not true, and I had confirmed with George for 8am Saturday. I again expressed my extreme frustration with their lack of communication and coordination. The woman apologized and stated that she would take 3 cleaning people off the current house and send them to my house, and would be there at 10am. I should have just cancelled the whole thing, but I really needed the house cleaned, and the woman seemed slightly more concerned with my frustration than George ever did, so I agreed. The cleaning crew showed up at 10:30, along with the woman I spoke to. After seeing the house she asked, ?did George know it was a move out house?? I replied that we had discussed it several different times during our conversation. The woman then asked how I would be paying, and I stated that I already paid through Angie?s List. She stated that the Angie?s List deal cannot be used for move out houses, and I would have to pay a different way. I expressed my frustration all over again and stated that the Angie?s List deal did NOT exclude move out houses, and if I did miss something, why didn?t George inform me during one of the 8 conversations I?ve had with him? I had been very up front with him the entire time, informing him that it was a move out house, and that I got the deal from Angie?s List. The woman called George, who apparently told her that they indeed would not accept the Angie?s List deal for payment. I then called George and confronted him, and he acknowledged that he knew it was a move out house and that I paid through Angie?s List, but refused to provide explanation as to why I wasn?t being informed until now that I couldn?t use the deal. All he said was, ?the best I can do is charge you the move out cleaning rate of $250, and you can use your Angie?s deal for something else.? I told him that the Angie?s List deal is not clear, and he then told me it was clear and that this happens all the time. I can imagine this happens ?all the time?, as the way he conducts his business is atrocious. So I kicked the cleaning crew out of my house. I went online to review the terms and conditions of the Angie?s List deal I purchased, and it did not make any indication anywhere that it could not be used for a move out house. I am appalled and due to his dishonesty and poor communication with me, I am led to believe that he was trying to scam more money out of me. What?s more is that on their Angie?s List page, they advertise a move out house price at $180, which was $20 less than I paid. He tried to scam me out of the $199 I already paid, then tried to charge me $250 for the ?move out rate?. Absolutely ridiculous. I also noticed that this ?business? receives good grades and reviews on Angie?s list, but when I read their reviews on Yelp, there are several reviews describing similar experiences to mine. A little concerning, don?t you think, Angie?s List? It is for that reason, as well as your promotion of this extremely poor business that I will also never be using Angie?s List again. Both Arizona?s Elite Cleaners and Angie?s List have done a terrible job at providing clear prices, terms and conditions, as well as providing quality services.

They arrived and cleaned our complete home and when I say complete I mean "complete". You can not find a speck of dust anywhere. There is not a piece of furniture or a cabinet left unpolished. Every minute of their time was utilized and none it wasted. We had a service before and they were not even in the same Ball Park as Elite. I highly recommend their services.

They were fast, efficient and thorough. Four women came and they even added doing all my windows for a very reasonable price.

Went well. House sparkles and smells great! Very efficient. The only problem was that they were supposed to arrive at 9:30 and were about an hour late.

I purchased 12 man hours of move out cleaning service-- either 4 women or 3 women teams. 3 women showed on time to begin cleaning and when I returned 3 1/2 hours later thinking my 12 hours were almost up, there were 5 women cleaning!! The group leader told me that as they neared the allotted time they added more cleaners so they could clean the house top to bottom and would not charge extra!! I had tried to prioritize the cleaning but she told me they would do it all and she was right!! The house looked cleaner than when I first rented it. I cannot express how wonderful they were. All were cheerful, dressed in their company uniforms -- nice and clean, and very professional. They brought all the supplies, too. I highly recommend this company.

Should have been able to complete more with 3 guys in the time allotted. Left without speaking to me. I was going to have them do more at an additional cost, but they disappeared.

They showed up a little later than planned, however they did call and say that they would be late. Their service they did when they did get here made that a very minor thing.

I, of course, checked the rooms before they left and I couldn't believe my eyes! We're not talking about a "once over" job. This house hasn't looked like this since we moved in. Every surface shined, chandeliers twinkled, toilets, sinks and tubs were sparkling. All of the floors were spotless and the windows were so clear I thought I had gotten new glasses. All cobwebs were gone in every corner and every nook and cranny had been dusted and/or polished. All of the custom made doors in this house had been oiled and every light switch had been cleaned. (I know because I noticed the back porch fans were on. I knew I hadn't been out there, so obviously one of the girls had accidentally flipped them on when she was cleaning the switches.) I could go on and on, but I had to let people know how impressed I was. I've had many cleaning ladies and all, except for my long-time girl, never did a great job cleaning. These ladies have been very well trained and know how to deep clean. They were punctual, polite and professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who asks.

I would strongly recommend not using this company or their services. They kept changing the times on me for 3 days. When they did finally show up they did not honor the Angie's List deal that I had purchased; even though I showed them exactly what I purchased. The Angie's List deal was specifically $99.00 for 6 hours of housecleaning. When they showed up they had 4 people and said that it was only good for 1 hour, which would be 4 hours of cleaning. The owner's daughter, who was part of this team, was extremely rude and condescending.

They checked with me to see if I wanted something cleaned or not. They even thought of cleaning things I had not thought to tell them to do. They were very professional and very thorough.
