Description of Work: They called to advise they were running a little late, which was a nice touch. There were 2 men and they got almost everything done in the time they were here. They worked hard and fast. We agreed that they would get as much done as they could in the time allowed. Commendable effort!

Description of Work: I bought their landscape clearing/clean up package from Angies List. The scheduling was very challenging but the actual work was good. They at first claimed that they could not reach my housemate, who deals with yard issues, by phone, even though she tried to speak with them. Then they scheduled an appointment early on one specific date and never showed up. They claimed that becausde it had rained the day before, they had emailed or called to cancel -- but they had not. The names they mentioned contacting to cancel were other people, not me, even though they obviously still had my house up on their board when they looked. Then they rescheduled for the next day, every early. They were not on time, but at least then they showed up and they worked well and steadily all day to get the job done. The actual crew did a great job trimming and cleaning up and clearing away a large extended yard with tree area. They added another fee for hauling extra plant material that they cleared that was heavier than the one load that was supposed to be covered by the package fee. So, I would say that I would hire the crew again for the quality of what they did, but the management and their scheduling process leave a lot to be desired. The management was quick to mention possible extra fees beyond the cost of the package without showing much concern whether or not his crew had delivered on the package itself. Fortunately for him, the crew had done a good job.

Description of Work: We purchased the voucher but did not schedule at that time. The vendor called today, had a cancellation and offered us the time. In addition, he mentioned that there would be a dump fee, which Angies List had left off the voucher. When we asked again about the additional fee he said he had been explaining it to customers and they were accepting of the additional amount - even though the voucher stated the debris would be removed as part of the deal.

Description of Work: I've been cleaning this house by myself since it was built 20 years ago and never knew what I was missing (literally). The three cleaners were fast, upbeat, thorough, very kind about the 5 dog's worth of fur under the bed - extraordinarily professional. They got a staggering amount of work done in 2.5 hours, considering I had already cleaned the house as well as I could before they came. Overhead fans, furniture polish, baseboards and scrubbed floors - all things I'd failed at for years. I now know this needs to be a monthly service - I want to stay this happy!

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal evaluation of an irrigation system. The Angie's list blurb said they would contact me to schedule by June 18, but that didn't happen. They did schedule, and were very nice, but arrived an hour early, before my house guests left. While waiting, they started evaluating the system at my house, not the service address. They did a fine job of evaluating the sprinkler system. It took less than a half hour. Unfortunately, one valve was broken, so we couldn't tell if there were leaks in the part of the yard we were most interested in - but that's not their fault.

Description of Work: They went through everything in my house and cleaned and dusted. Its been several weeks and while I live by myself, everything still looks great. They worked very hard from the minute they arrived.

Description of Work: They called to see if they could come a day early(!) and we said yes. The team was fast, efficient and thorough. Our house never looked so good. The folks worked hard and cleaned some areas that hadn't been cleaned in years. This was an Angie's Big Deal, originally priced at $199 with the clear statement that a house over 2500 sf would be more. The additional $50 was more than fair. Thanks to the team for a great job.
