All phases of construction from initial grading through stuco, roofing, drywall etc. went well and all crew members were kind and professional.We were most pleased with the finished garage and would recommend AZ Building Contractors highly.

+ 0 moreOverall our experience with Investment Builders was outstanding. The project manager, Dan Gullick, did an outstanding job of understanding our work scope and preparing a very thorough bid for the job. The bid was prepared and submitted in a short amount of time unlike other contractors we contacted for bids. Investment Builders was the lowest bid, but after talking with prior customers and their references, we were convinced their company was the best choice for our project. Work started on schedule and was only stopped while we selected our granite slabs and backsplash tile. The granite fabricator did an excellent job of cutting and polishing the granite and installation was very quick and complete. The crew (Joe, Sal, Jared) always cleaned up the work area very thoroughly after each work day and were very courteous while at our house. All of the skills required for the project (plumbing, electrical, carpentry and tile work) were done very professionally and have improved the look and feel of our home immensely. I would highly recommend Investment Builders for any remodeling project and believe they will do an outstanding job.
Description of Work: Kitchen: remove existing tile countertops and replace with granite countertops and new tile backsplash. Install new stainless sink, faucet, new stainless appliances and build island with granite countertop. Two (2) main bathrooms: Replace lavatory tile countertops with granite, install new sinks, light fixtures and mirrors. Master bath tub surround: remove existing tile and install travertine tile with glass tile trim. Repaint all areas as needed.

+ 4 moreInvestment Builders executed our entire project with precision and professionalism. This remodel job has resulted in a significant equity boost, as well as an increased quality of life. Our previous bathroom was a complete eyesore that it was embarrassing! On the other hand, our new bathroom is a valued addition to our home, and we show it off all the time. We could not be more pleased with the results! We are already communicating with Dan about ideas for how Investment Builders will remodel our kitchen in the near future. Highly recommended!
Description of Work: Complete remodeling of master bathroom. Cataloged existing bathroom with photographs, then demolished bathroom in preparation for redesign and remodel. Investment Builders consulted with us on numerous options for redesigning our bathroom to increase functionality and aesthetics, then provided a number of redesign ideas for us to choose from. Additional electric work was required, and as that's one of Dan Gullick's trades, he took care of that, which saved us money. They were also able to re-plumb all three existing plumbing outlets in order to accommodate the new double-headed sink and double-headed shower we wanted installed. They also helped us select cabinets and fixtures that were within our budget.
