We also offer stripping services using methylene chloride when necessary. Because 80% of any job is the preparation and detailing that proceeds the application of sealer, finish, or overlayment we also invest in specialized equipment and know-how. But we’re also wise enough to know that sometimes there’s no substitute for stripping, cleaning, or detailing by hand to get the results we’ve been hired to achieve. We also offer the best pricing for residential and commercial floor replacement and general house renovation including the sales and installation of residential and commercial carpet, VCT, vinyl, ceramic, porcelain, and wood floors (from 3/4" solid wood plank, pre-finished engineered wood, wood laminates, and the newest zero-maintenance Karndean wood and Centiva wood and terrazzo floor impersonators). We’re also proud to be Southern Arizona’s SwissTrax distributor and offer exceptional 10 year flooring systems for patios, around swimming pools, aircraft hangers, and garage floors (although we also offer popular epoxy coatings for garage floors it’s worth considering Swisstrax Ribtrax for your garage). We offer free in-home estimates and provide our customers with valuable information regarding all your flooring options and alternatives from aesthetics to durability; including critical comparative information about first costs and recurring maintenance costs for the long list of flooring options we offer. No job is too small or too large: from restoring a small concrete or Saltillo bedroom floor, to coloring or sealing a small backyard patio; to larger projects like installing one consistent type of flooring throughout your entire house, or refinishing (or replacing) an entire college basketball court. Unlike most of our competitors, when we provide information about your flooring options over the phone, the person you speak to on the phone is the same person who later shows up at your home to bid your job and again returns to complete the work as promised. The only person you’ll ever deal with is the owner of this business (and his helpers during the job) on the phone, during the free in-home estimate, and throughout the completion of your job. This arrangement may make us a smaller company than our competitors who run multiple crews (and who most often struggle with their quality control) we naturally achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction because there’s never a misunderstanding of what you wanted and what we were hired to do (and having the owner on-site working your job always makes a big difference). That means that the owner is not only qualified to build homes and manage major construction and remodel projects, he has a full understanding and knowledge of all construction trades and the construction process (and typically offers useful free advise on a broad range of household and business construction and remodeling questions during his first visit to your home or business).
