ARIZONA APPLIANCE REPAIR

I was assigned to this company through American Home Shield. They didn't respond in the promised 24 hours. I called them after the promised time and they said the soonest appt available was a week later. I asked for the earliest appt available and on the day of, was told I'd be last. After an hour and half disassembling my drier completely, (I helped, he was out of shape and out of breath, kept complaining how tired he was) he diagnosed told me he needed to order 4 small parts. At no more cost than the service fee I already paid them a week ago. 8 days later. A call center from the Philippines told me it would take another 8 days just to show up and see if they could fix it. So even if they can actually fix my drier, it would take them at minimum 27 days. I should have avoided American Home Shield's monthly fees and just bought a new drier when I needed one rather than be a third-rate citizen to these perks. Oh yeah, he left the drier completely disassembled.

It was great. The man that came out, Vladimir, told me if I had any issues to give him a call. I did end up having a problem after that, and he was off that day. The lady in the office said she would give him my number and have him call me back when he is back in the office. He ended up calling me 30 minutes after I called and helped me out over the phone even on his day off! I am very pleased with them.

Came home from vacation to find my dryer not working. Called this company and they came out the next day. Appointment was set up for afternoon. Technician called late morning and told me he could come early. How nice is that? The technician was very skilled and knowledgeable. Had to go to parts warehouse for a part and my dryer was fixed within 1 1/2 hours. I was very pleased with the whole experience and the quality of work. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Called them at around 8AM to see if they could send someone out that day. They said a repairman would be there between noon and 2pm. However the repairman called shortly after and said he could be there at 10AM. Vladimir arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a burned out fan motor in the freezer. He gave me a quote for the work and I had him proceed with the repair. The work was done quickly and he also cleaned out the drain in the freezer which had frozen water in it. I was very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of the work performed and would call them again. The refrigerator is working properly now.

Terrible! It took three visits to get our refrigerator working in proper order. When the technician replaced the Main Board, he said that would take care of our problem. Well, it didn't. The next day we still had a refrigerator that was not working and all our food was spoiling. So, we called the company again and they sent the same technician out, and this time he said it was the fan motor in the freezer section that was not working. So he replaced it at an additional repair expense. Again, when he left this second time he said that this would definitely take care of our problem. Well, again, it still was not working, so we called the company a third time and asked for a different technician, but they told us they were short-handed and would have to send the same one out again. This time the Tech said he forgot to "reset" the Main Board when he replaced it on the first day that he came out.. After he did the "reset" our refrigerator finally started working again. We feel that this Tech apparently was not very knowledgeable with refrigerator repair, and that we paid for a fan motor that we feel we did not need after all.

No problems. I have used this company at least 5 different times and have always been satisfied. They are prompt and courteous. Always show me what is broken and needs repair and what is in excellent condition. Diagnosis is made quickly.

We were more than satisfied with the promptness, thoroughness and courtesy of the repair worker. No complaints. Beck was the repairman. He gave us his personal contact information if there were any questions or problems in future.

The repairman arrived on time and it took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and gave me an estimate of $240. Aprroximately $95 for the part and the rest mostly labor ( a switch in the coverwas broken). I questioned the amount of the bill and he told me that the jobs are not billed by the hour but by the job. I said that I had used them before and the cost was never outragious. At this point, I would have had to pay for a service charge and I was not prepared to buy a new washing machine so I decided to let him fix it. The machine was in a shed ( part of the house) that was shaded by the car port. I also told him I would never use this service again. He took 20 off the price and said he didn't want a bad review. I told him to fix it. He was finished within 30 minutes which made me even more upset as the his labor time was about 140/ hour. I felt taken advantage of and totally ripped off. I felt that he made an arbitrary decision about the cost because the machine was in a shed. Though the machine was fixed, the experience and the cost, I would never use them again. I hope there is no retaliation from them.

I was not impressed with them. I thought it was horrible. The price was horrible. I would never use them again. They fixed the equipment but I thought I was overcharged and I felt like I was ripped off and I didn’t like the feeling at all.
