Arctic a/c and heating

AL and Brian’s customer service is top tier! My A/C went out middle of the summer. They got me back up and running within 24 hours. When it was time for a new a/c, they were there with options and answers to the hundreds of questions I had. The best part is they weren’t pushy at all. They installed the new system within a day. I 100% recommend them to everyone.

Today it is truly difficult to find an honest contractor to do work on your home. My AC unit was 18 years old and was on its last leg, my daughter referred me to Arctic A/C & Heating. They were out the same day to diagnosis my unit. They not only installed a new AC they went above and beyond and make sure everything was safe and good to go even utilized some handyman expertise. Highly recommend them to anyone! I had my 20 year-old air conditioner and furnace replaced by Arctic a year ago. They were knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done quick. My new a/c works great and saves a lot of money on my electric bill.

These guys saved me! My A/C died overnight, on a day when it was supposed to hit 110 degrees. At 4 am, I started looking for somebody that could help me, sending out a ton of emails to different companies. Arctic A/C wrote back before most people are even awake, and managed to fit me into their schedule the same day. They arrived early and got my A/C up and running before lunchtime. Not only did they do good work, but they're nice guys. I felt safe being home alone with them in my house (which is something that I can't say for other Tucson AC companies that I've used). Whenever I need work done on my house, these will be the only guys I use!

Al and Brian did not hesitate to help me out in my emergency situation. Middle of summer. 110 degrees outside

Recently had to replace one of my A/C units and selected Arctic A/C and Heating for the job. Communication regarding the replacement was excellent - they explained the process, what was needed, and why. They were able to schedule the replacement rather quickly and the installation was quick. They left the installation area clean. Glad I did the replacement before the summer heat kicked in. The new unit is running smoothly and much quieter than my previous older unit. Would highly recommend Arctic A/C.

We have used Brian and Al on both a renovation and an HVAC issue. They are always accessible by phone, always punctual, and always clean up after their work.
