APPLEGATE ELECTRIC

Power went out in one circuit in my house that is serviced by a fuse box--replacing the fuse did not restore power. This was an inconvenience, not an emergency. Called and spoke to Mr. Applegate who put me on his schedule for two days out. He came to the house and checked out all the electrical equipment including the fuse box and an upgraded box outside. He diagnosed the problem that turned out to be embarrassingly simple-a GFCI for that circuit (the location of which I was ignorant) had been tripped and just needed to be reset. Mr. Applegate showed me how the system worked and what to do in the future, confirmed my equipment looked in good order,advised me to lock up the outside electrical box and cautioned me against overloading the circuits. Mr. Applegate arrived when promised, was professional and friendly and did not make me feel stupid for calling about a problem that was so easy to fix and was something I should have known about. I would definitely call him again.

He arrived at the house on time. Then, there was a blackout in the entire neighborhood. So, he sat and patiently waited. The blackout lasted about an hour. I don't know if anyone else would have done that. He was very reliable and courteous.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TOMY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
