Marc was here within a half hour after calling. Immediately went to work and shortly retreived it from a cramped location.Good job. Afterward had a pleasant converstion about wild life in our area. Angies list doesn't have a catagory for this application so it takes a while to find it and there aren't many

Cages were put out with a fruit like bait. It didn't work, nothing caught

The last I saw, it went behind a bush. We searched the yard but did not find it. The technician was thorough and answered all questions asked. By my description he identified it as a King Snake and said it was harmless.

Removed several animals.

Great. He fixed the problem.

Everything went fine. I haven't heard any more noises in the attic.

Jeff came out the same day I called. He assessed the yard and set up traps everywhere he saw signs of squirrels. Before he got a few blocks from my house I had my first squirrel. the next day more. He came back and took the squirrels and set more traps. He set traps 3 times and all were filled each time. Jeff was knowledgable, fast, and very professional. He knows what what he is doing. The squirrels were very attracted to the traps. When we had the last, he filled the holes, and put down predator scent to keep more from moving in. I called on Monday and by Thursday I am squirrel free. They had done a lot of damage and tunneled under my house.

They come and remove the animals live, they don't kill the animals. I got them off of Angie's List. The fellow that came out was very professional, and very knowledgeable about animals and animal behavior, and setting up the traps, and how and where to do it, and bait it. He was very good. I thought the price was a little bit high, but that was because they were doing it live. Their prices are higher than someone you call to kill or poison the animals. We were paying extra for what we wanted to have happen.

When we contacted Animal Experts they responded within 2 days, bringing half a dozen traps out and setting them up around the property. Within 2 days we caught our first skunk. When I called Jeff came out within a couple of hours and took the skunk away (relocating it many miles away in a remote area.). The next day we caught two skunks. This time Marc came and removed the two and reset two new traps. Over the next several weeks we caught a total of eight skunks (as well as a ringtail which we released in a vacant lot down the street since they are beneficial in keeping the rodent population down and don't destroy your plants.)

I opened our outdoor storage bin where we keep our dog food and found 3 little raccoons hiding in the corner. About an hour later I saw the Mom walk across the backyard. Obviously, not having any idea what do we I googled and quot;raccoon rescueand quot; and came up with Animal Experts. I left a message for Marc Hammond and received a call back within a few minutes. He happened to be in the neighborhood (Country Club and Arroyo Chico area) and was here within 30 minutes. Marc put the babes in a crate and set up a trap for the Mom in the hopes of reuniting the family and take them to a safe place for release. We were told to expect the Mom to come back around 9:00 pm and to call if we needed anything. I certainly had no plans to call Marc at night, but around 10:00 pm we heard a commotion and Mom was back desperate to get to her babes. She was tearing up the trap arrangement and appeared to be very upset. Not knowing what else to do, we called Marc a little after 10:00. He was catching a rattlesnake in a house but called back a few minutes later to suggest that we re-arrange the traps. We did this, but in the morning the Mom was not in the trap - most likely she had been trapped before and wasn't going to fall for that again. Marc arrived the next morning and took the babes to Forever Wild Wildlife Rehab. He reduced his price since the Mom got away. I was impressed with how promptly Animal Experts arrived, how professional and helpful Marc was and that the babes are now in a safe place. I would recommend Animal Experts to anyone who wants a humane response to an unexpected wildlife problem.

Marc is a very personable guy and has great integrity. He is also very knowledgeable. I would definitely hire this company again. They do not kill the squirrels but take them out away from residential areas and release them in a good habitat. Since Marc had also given me quite a bit of free advice about bees, when mom had some bee problems, we called Marc and he took care of her bees at a very reasonable price.

They locate the animal and show you the video of the same. The price was very good and it was one fee for 3 visits. I will use them again in the future.

All the squirrels were captured and taken to a animal retreat here in town. . I was very happy to get rid of them,, they are cute but very destructive, He was very nice and knew what he was doing I would strongly recommend their company for any wildlife problems...

I had been trying to catch a loose stray dog for 3 weeks with no luck. The dog was very shy and would not come up to humans. The guys from Animal Experts came out and, within one hour, caught the dog. I am amazed at how quickly and gently they were able to capture the dog. We were able to get her the vet treatment she despirately needed. Very nice work, Animal Experts! Thank you!

This morning, I saw a rattlesnake on my patio near the pool. Northwest Fire no longer does snake removal, so I called Animal Experts. Ted, their snake removal guy, was here at my house within an hour. He found evidence of a hiding place in one of the flower beds but the snake had moved on. His search was thorough. He showed me places snakes would hide or hunt that I wouldn't have thought of and found the snake's trail out into the desert. If the snake comes back, I'm calling Ted!

They are very serviced oriented and I would use them for any animal removal

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THAT THEY HANDLED THEMSELVES AROUND THE HUGE LIZARDS. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON BEING CAREFUL, AND THEY DID THE JOB QUICKLY AND QUIETLY.
