The customer service was very good. The only issue was glass not coming in a timely manner which delayed the window being repaired. The installer was quick, professional and did a wonderful job. I would recommend this company to others.

Customer service was beyond 5 stars. Great communication! We were in a "time crunch" to get the glass in our sliding door replaced. They did everything they could to see that it happened and it did. Thanks to Lisa and the whole crew!!!!

Customer service great, they called: 1. When the tech was supposed to arrive. 2. They called me with the cost of the glass and installed cost. 3. When had questions with the tech, the tech called me back. 4. Had a appointment, when painting project was over scheduled, they worked with to reschedule. 5. Explain problems with the glass to tech, he explained how he would correctly installed the glass.

Only issue was they ordered a window we didn’t need to fix and left off the order a window that needed to be fixed. They made the correction with no problem and their service overall was fast and efficient. Would recommend them for window repairs.

The first man wasn't prepared to do the job, only give me a quote. The installer came two days later to install. It went well but didn't clean the mirrors of glue.
