Description of Work: Irrigation control valve failed causing drip irrigation system to run continuously. Called Andy's on Monday and Mitch was out Wednesday to evaluate the system, He scheduled a return visit on the following day when he installed a better (brass) control valve and put in a ball valve so we could shut off the water to the drip system should we ever have problems in the future.

Description of Work: I called on a Wednesday and spoke to Andy. I explained that I had a drip system that was barely outputting any water. I told him where I was located and he said he could fit me in the schedule the next week. He said he would call me on Monday to let me know exactly what day and time. I never heard from him. That was very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreThey were willing to stay, even when I had hired other people to look at the leak as well. They took care of the new irrigation system promptly. They offered great hands on help whenever needed and follow up at no extra cost. They took care of my problem and kept me posted regularly. The only downside is there clean-up could have been better. I would recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreI had my potted plants dripped by someone that was not an irrigation specialist, and of course there were issues. Andy came out and troubleshooted the issues, changing the flow emitters and adjusting the timer so that the plants would all get the appropriate amount of water (instead of the overwatering and flooding of my yard that was going on). He even took the time to show me how to program the timer and advised me to make adjustments as the Tucson temperatures skyrocket. Highly recommended!
